Chapter 636 Sense of Familiarity

Henry was holding an ice cream cone in one hand and a Transformers toy in the other, happily chatting with it in a language only he could understand. He was so engrossed in his play that he almost forgot about his mom and sister.

When he finally remembered, he looked around and realized they were nowhere in sight. Panic set in instantly, and he lost all interest in playing. Holding his ice cream cone, he started searching for his mom and sister, calling out, "Mom! Mom! Nicole! Nicole!"

After a few calls with no response, Henry's eyes began to well up with tears. He was scared his mom wouldn't be able to find him. As he stood there, frozen in place, someone accidentally brushed past him, nearly knocking him over.

The person quickly steadied Henry, then crouched down to check if he was okay. When the man looked at Henry, he was taken aback. This little boy had a striking resemblance to him. Ethan was surprised, furrowing his brow slightly as he looked at the child.

Henry saw Ethan holding onto him and thought he was a bad guy, immediately struggling to hit him. Ethan snapped out of his daze and said, "Hey there, you okay?"

Although Ethan had grown up in Eldoria, his family insisted on speaking Crestoria at home. James would never let him forget his Crestoria roots. It was a Lawson family tradition.

Henry heard Ethan's gentle tone and realized he wasn't a bad guy, relaxing a bit and nodded to indicate he was fine.

"Why are you here alone? Where are your parents?" Ethan looked around, seeing no adults nearby.

Before Ethan could finish, his assistant chimed in, "Mr. Lawson, could this little boy be lost?"

"That's possible," Ethan agreed. "Hey buddy, how about I help you find your parents?" Ethan said, standing up and taking Henry's hand, ready to help him find his mom and dad.

The assistant kindly suggested, "Mr. Lawson, you just got off the plane. Why don't you rest at the hotel first? I can handle this."

"It's fine, let's go," Ethan felt a strange sense of familiarity with the boy and wanted to personally help him find his parents. The assistant had no choice but to accompany Ethan in the search for the boy's parents.

They slowly walked around the plaza, finally spotting Violet near a dessert shop, frantically searching for her son. Violet was on the verge of losing her mind. If Henry was lost, Brady would be furious. And she would never forgive herself.

Thankfully, she finally found him. Seeing her son, Violet handed Nicole to the bodyguard and rushed towards Henry, not even noticing Ethan. With teary eyes, she hugged Henry tightly, saying, "Where did you go? Mom was so worried! Do you know that?"

Henry knew. He was scared of being separated from his mom, too. So he clung to his mom and started crying, "Mom! Mom!" He promised himself he would never leave his mom and sister to play again.

"Alright, don't cry. Mom's taking you home," Violet said, lifting him up. She then turned to thank the man who brought her son back, "Thank you, sir."

But as she thanked him, Violet couldn't help but feel a sense of familiarity with the handsome man in front of her. Ethan was also looking at her. He felt the same sense of familiarity, noticing that her features resembled his sister Juniper's.

Ethan didn't immediately recall the news, especially since Brady had it removed. Including the wedding announcement photo of Violet and Brady. Only the photo of Violet's mom with James and Gerry remained widely circulated online.
