Chapter 901 If It Happens Again, She Wouldn't Be Able to Handle It
Under the cool moonlight, the three men snuck around the banana grove to the row of wooden cabins where the servants lived.
One of the men, a burly, shirtless guy, glanced at the cabins and then lowered his voice to speak to the man in the military uniform leading them.
In fluent English, he said, "Mr. Miles Gibson, the girl's inside. Should we take her out now?"
The man in the military uniform, Miles, lifted his deep blue eyes, which were as clear as the ocean. His gaze was serious and cautious as he replied in a low, smooth voice, "Intel says Brady's here too. Let's not stir things up just yet."
The strong man didn't quite get it.
Brady was just a businessman, so why was Miles so wary of him?
"Mr. Gibson, he's just a businessman. Why can't we handle him?"
Miles let out a cold chuckle.
The moonlight highlighted his sharply defined features, and his blue eyes glinted with a cold light. "Stop asking questions. We'll lay low here for a few days and act once they leave."
They had crossed paths with Brady before in Radiantia.
Miles had suffered a setback then, and considering Brady's powerful connections in Crestoria, he didn't want to provoke him again.
Completing the mission was the priority, and Miles wanted to avoid unnecessary trouble.
The strong man sensed Miles's irritation and didn't dare to ask more.
He quickly shut his mouth, lowered his head, and stepped aside obediently.
Miles stood in front of the cabins for a while longer before turning away.
The two strong men immediately followed him with large strides.
The quiet of the night returned to the cabins, with only the sounds of summer insects chirping among the dense leaves.
The next day, the island's gentle sunlight streamed through the villa's floor-to-ceiling windows.
The golden light mixed with the faint scent of the ocean, casting a warm, sweet glow over the two people sleeping in bed.
After being thoroughly exhausted by Brady in the bathroom and then twice more in bed, Violet felt like her body had been taken apart and put back together, leaving her sore and achy all over.
Even lifting her arm was a struggle.
Of course, she blamed the culprit, Brady.
Thinking about the intense and embarrassing scenes from last night, especially when he used those toys to torment her, almost making her beg for mercy, she couldn't help but want to punch him as he slept beside her.
But she was too tired to even lift her arm, let alone punch him.
She could only push him, trying to wriggle out of his embrace.
After a few pushes, Brady woke up. He opened his attractive eyes and looked at her, her face still flushed from the night before.
He grabbed her hands and, in a deliberately low, magnetic voice, said, "Already trying to get rid of me this early?"
Violet huffed and rolled her eyes at him. "Get up. Henry and Nicole are probably awake by now," she said, worried about a repeat of yesterday afternoon.
"What's the rush? Even if they're awake, Hellen knows we're sleeping and won't let them come up to bother us," Brady said confidently.
As he spoke, his hands started to mischievously tug at her nightgown.
Feeling his movements, Violet quickly clutched her neckline, her face turning red as she glared at him. "Didn't you get enough last night?"
He had gone at it several times last night, and she had passed out twice.
Was he thinking of going again this morning?
Violet didn't want that. If they went at it again, she was sure she wouldn't be able to handle it.
