Matilda had a soft heart and couldn't stand seeing a young girl cry.
Every time Helena cried, it reminded her of Helena's tough family background, and she felt a wave of sympathy and love.

"Are you not interested in working for me?" Ava pressed.
Helena nodded, lifting her tear-streaked face and said weakly, "I want to stay by Matilda's side for a while and take care of her. I was immature before and never worked as a maid, so I don't know how to do it. These past few days, I've been with Matilda day and night, and I've felt a sense of family here. So, I plan to stay and repay Matilda for taking me in."
"If that's the case, I won't force you." Ava wanted to see what Helena was up to.
"Helena, are you sure you want to stay with the Hall family as a maid?" Matilda, though somewhat displeased with Helena's previous laziness, couldn't bring herself to punish her when she thought of her tragic fate.
"You can stay here, but I won't support you for free. The Hall family has its rules. My family is here, and if I support you for free, they'll have objections."
Helena nodded obediently, "I understand, Matilda."
"Alright, then you can stay for now." Matilda sighed and helped her up.
Helena immediately stood up and positioned herself properly beside Matilda, supporting her.
She quickly adopted the role of a maid.
Ava watched, unable to find any fault for the moment, so she let it be.
She would see what Helena was planning.
At the Hall Group, in the CEO's office.
Violet came out of the meeting room and went straight to Brady's office instead of returning downstairs to JK.
Brady was sitting in his black leather office chair, holding an iPad and reviewing company documents.
When he saw her come in, he immediately put down the iPad and looked at her, saying, "All taken care of?"
"Yeah, did you watch the live stream video?" Violet nodded and slowly walked to his side.
Brady reached out and gently pulled her onto his lap, his hand resting on her rounded belly, gently stroking it. "I saw it, and I know she pushed you again. You didn't let me retaliate, and I'm a bit upset."
Charlotte had almost made Violet fall again, and Brady was really angry about it, but Violet didn't want him to intervene.
"It's okay, she'll get what's coming to her tonight." Violet smiled gently and then, suddenly thinking of something, she wrapped her arms around Brady's neck and said, "Actually, I've realized that when I do these things, I can be so ruthless that I don't even recognize myself."
Brady understood and smiled helplessly, "Just don't be too ruthless with me."
"As long as you don't do anything to hurt me, why would I be ruthless with you?" Violet said.
Brady stroked her face and then kissed her lips, showing his affection. "It's not that I would hurt you, but if I have a late-night business meeting or forget our date, don't be too hard on me."
He would never make mistakes in important matters or principles.
"Let's see how you behave," Violet said with a smile.
"Then let me show you now," Brady said, his deep eyes locking onto hers as he pulled her close and kissed her passionately.
After a few minutes, he slightly released her lips and said, "Let's take a family photo this weekend. And when this little one is born, we'll take another."
He wanted to capture Violet's beauty during her pregnancy.
