Chapter 955 Tonight, He Wants to Give Her an Unforgettable Night
This little incident didn't dampen Violet's excitement about returning home.
They spent the day in the town of Vesperia until evening, then took a speedboat back to the island.
Since they were flying back to Crestoria early the next morning, tonight was their last night here.
Brady didn't want to waste such a charming evening without the kids around.
While Violet and the maids on the island were preparing dinner, Brady was busy setting up the bedroom.
Of course, he had never created such a romantic atmosphere before, so he watched videos of proposal setups for inspiration.
He filled the bedroom with a large heart-shaped arrangement of scented oil candles.
The bed was covered with a layer of pink rose petals.
Around the floor-to-ceiling windows, he hung twinkling fairy lights.
He had considered adding some balloons, but decided against it since blowing them up would take too much time.
This was just a simple setup; once they were back home, he planned to throw her a grand wedding.
After finishing the setup, Brady went downstairs to join Violet for dinner.
After dinner, Brady suggested a walk on the beach. They strolled for about half an hour before Violet wanted to head back to the villa to rest.
Brady, keeping his surprise a secret, walked back with her.
Once inside the villa, Violet, unaware of the surprise waiting upstairs, naturally headed up. But as they reached the door, Brady suddenly stood behind her, took her hand, and said, "Close your eyes before you go in."
Violet was puzzled. "Why?"
After a moment, she caught on and smiled. "Are you planning another surprise for me?"
"Close your eyes, and you'll see," Brady said gently.
Violet obediently closed her eyes and let him lead her into the room.
Once inside, Brady whispered softly in her ear, "You can open your eyes now, my love."
Violet opened her eyes and was stunned by the romantic setup in the bedroom. She stood there, almost in disbelief.
"How do you like it? Do you like it?" Brady, not typically a romantic guy, had made an effort to create this atmosphere for her.
Violet was touched. No one had ever gone to such lengths for her before.
"I love it," Violet said, turning to look at Brady with a gentle, admiring gaze.
"It's all worth it. When we get back to Crestoria, I'll give you an even grander wedding," Brady said, wrapping his arms around her and whispering lovingly, "Do you want to design the wedding yourself, or should I handle it?"
"You. I want you to surprise me," she said. He had already surprised her twice today, and she loved the feeling of unwrapping surprises.
For the wedding, she decided not to make any requests or offer any opinions. She wanted to see what kind of surprise he would come up with.
"If I handle the wedding, should I also take care of the wedding dress or gown?" Brady asked.
Violet smiled warmly, her eyes full of affection. "I'll pick out the wedding dress myself."
"Not designing it yourself?"
"I don't want to tire myself out this time. I'll choose one, and if I can't find one I like, then I'll design it."
"Alright," Brady agreed, gazing intently at her face, which looked even more beautiful under the fairy lights.
He then cupped her face, leaned down, and kissed her deeply, with a possessive intensity.
Not satisfied with just a kiss, he scooped her up and carried her to the bed.
Tonight, he was determined to give her an unforgettable, passionate night.
