Chapter 583 Don't Get Close to Ms. DeVere, or Don't Blame Us for Being Rude
In the morning, everything was calm. Around lunchtime, Brady texted Violet, inviting her to eat out.
Violet had no objections. She tidied up and went downstairs to find him.
Sure enough, Brady was already sitting in the car, waiting for her.
After getting into the car, Violet called home. Nicole had a fever last night, and she wasn't sure if it had recovered.
As soon as the call connected, Brady said, "I already called earlier. Nicole is fine."
Violet nodded but still wanted to hear Nicole's voice to make sure she wasn't as weak as last night. After a few words with Hellen, she hung up.
Brady held her hand and said, "Don't worry. She was treated last night; she'll be fine."
"Got it." Violet nodded obediently, hoping Nicole wouldn't have a fever again today.
"Where do you want to eat?" Brady pulled her into his arms.
"Anything is fine," she said, not knowing what she wanted to eat.
"Then I'll take you to a new place that just opened," Brady said.
Violet had no objections. "Okay."
Brady then instructed the driver to head to a newly opened restaurant.
However, this new restaurant was quite luxurious, with an average cost of $2,000 per person.
After entering, Violet casually ordered a few dishes, and the bill quickly reached nearly $10,000. Indeed, only someone like Brady could afford such a place. If it were before, she wouldn't have even stepped inside.
"How is it? Does it taste good?" When the food arrived, Brady fed her a spoonful and asked.
Violet tasted it and found it quite good. "It's pretty good."
"Drink more; the baby can absorb it too," Brady said.
Violet smiled and continued to sip the soup slowly. Brady sat beside her, watching her, feeling happier.
After a while, Brady received a call from the office. He took his phone and went outside to answer it.
Violet sat alone, savoring the food.
After a few spoonfuls, a few socialites walked in and immediately started gossiping about Arthur.
"Did you hear? Kade Stanley is dead. They say it has something to do with Arthur."
"How could it be related to him? One is the actual head of the Stanley family, and the other has no power at all."

After analyzing the situation, the socialite walked over to start mocking Violet, "Did someone get a big breakup fee and start spending lavishly?"
Her mockery made the other socialites laugh.
"Poor girl."
"Even with a big breakup fee, she's still poor at heart."
"Let me see what she's eating." One socialite picked up her order slip. Seeing that it totaled tens of thousands of dollars, she immediately laughed, "A meal like this. The breakup fee must be huge."
The socialite was about to throw the slip at Violet's head when two bodyguards in black suddenly appeared and pulled her away unceremoniously.
Then they sternly warned, "Stay away from Ms. Devereux, or don't blame us for being rude."
