Chapter 547 Violet Completely Decided to Keep the Child
"Of course, we can consider that," Violet responded hastily.
Her forehead was almost in a sweat from Brady's words.
The whole pregnancy thing was making her anxious at every turn.
"That's good," Brady said, satisfied that she didn't oppose having another child in the future. His smile grew even more affectionate, and he took advantage of Violet's distraction to steal a few kisses.
After a bit more intimacy, they went downstairs to the restaurant for dinner.
During the meal, Ava suddenly called Brady, indicating that she had agreed and wanted him to come back to discuss it.
Brady, used to his domineering mother Ava, was skeptical of her sudden change of heart. So, when he agreed to return to the Hall Mansion, he remained cautious.
Ava would never agree to his marriage with Violet without a reason.
There had to be some issue.
As for what the issue was, Brady would only find out when he got there. But it meant he couldn't spend the evening with Violet. After dinner, he arranged for a driver to take her back to the apartment.
Before getting into the car, Violet proactively hugged his waist and gently said, "Be safe on your way back."
Brady enjoyed her tender embrace, and wrapped his arms around her slender waist. "It's okay. When I get back from Radiantia, how about we get our marriage certificate? By then, Hellen won't object because I'll be giving you and the baby a home."
Violet gazed at Brady with her beautiful eyes, feeling very warm inside.
"What, you don't want to?" Seeing her not respond, Brady frowned, and anxiously asked, "I'm telling you, you're my woman. Don't even think about other men."
Violet was amused by his domineering declaration of ownership. "You have to propose to me first. Otherwise, I'd be too easy to fool, agreeing just because you said so."
"I can be your safe harbor," Brady said, stroking her soft hair, "You should head back early."
"Got it, you be safe on your way back too."
"I know." Brady smiled. "Give me a kiss."
Violet blushed but still stood on her tiptoes, and gently kissed him on the lips.
After their kiss, Bradythen escorted her to the car. After her car disappeared around the corner, he got into another car to head back to the Hall family.
In the car, Violet leaned back in the rear seat, instinctively touching her lower abdomen. It wasn't showing yet, and there were no obvious signs.
But she felt as if she could sense the baby's response.
That was her and Brady's baby.
Should she keep this baby? She didn't really have to give up her career; she could still work during her pregnancy.
If she did give up the baby, Brady would probably be angry.
With that thought, Violet decided to keep the baby. After her check-up with Emily at the hospital tomorrow, she would find an opportunity to share the good news with Brady.
