Chapter 891 Dad, Are You Going to Crush Mom
"Dad, Mom, why are you sleeping in the middle of the day?" Henry asked, genuinely curious.
He hadn't seen anything, and even if he had, he wouldn't have understood. He just wondered why his parents were hiding upstairs to sleep.
He thought they were discussing something important.
Turns out, they were sneaking upstairs to sleep without him and Nicole?
Henry was quite upset.
"Because Dad and Mom are tired from the flight and need to rest," Brady explained smoothly, without missing a beat.
Henry nodded, then blinked his big eyes, remembering that Dad had been lying on top of Mom.
Was Dad trying to crush Mom?
Thinking of this, Henry immediately said to his dad, "Dad, you almost crushed Mom just now, did you know that?"
Brady was shocked.
Violet's face turned even redder.
Did Henry see something he shouldn't have?
She wanted to smack Brady right then!
"Dad didn't crush your mom," Brady said seriously.
"You're lying. I saw it. Do you do this every day, crushing Mom?" Henry, suddenly becoming a little protector of Violet, started accusing Brady.
Brady wanted to laugh but couldn't, so he patiently explained, "Henry, I didn't crush your mom. I just like to hold her while we sleep. Just like you hold her when you sleep."
Henry didn't believe him. He grabbed his starfish and walked over to their bed.
Violet quickly kicked Brady under the covers and whispered, "Brady, put your pants on!"
"He's going to climb up here. Hurry up and get dressed and take him downstairs." She knew Henry well.
In a bit, he would want to climb up and cuddle.
Brady was helpless.
Could he say he wasn't finished yet?
But it looked like he had to put on his pants first, or Henry would see them both naked.
"I know," Brady said, quickly grabbing his underwear from the floor and putting it on under the covers. Then he pulled back the blanket, got out of bed, and picked up Henry, who had reached the bedside. "Henry, how about we go downstairs and play?"
"I want to stay with Mom," Henry said, unhappy.
"Your mom is tired from the flight and needs to sleep for a bit. We'll wait for her to wake up, and then we can all play together, okay?"
Henry still didn't agree. "No, no, I want Mom."
Violet was extremely embarrassed by Henry's insistence and had to coax him, "Henry, be good, okay? Go with Dad first, and I'll get up soon to play with you."
Henry listened to Violet and nodded obediently. "Okay, Mom, I'll wait for you."
"Good," Violet said with a relieved smile.
Brady grabbed his other clothes and carried Henry downstairs.
In the living room, Brady put on his clothes. He had just exercised, and his muscular body was covered in sweat, glistening on his muscles.
The strong masculine presence was enough to make anyone's heart race, even through the window.
This also caught the eye of a girl hiding by the villa window, her big eyes blinking. Her heart started pounding.
She hadn't seen Brady in years and didn't expect him to be married with kids.
Thinking of this, the girl's mixed-race features showed a moment of sadness before she turned and quickly disappeared into the banana grove by the villa.
Inside the living room, Brady, unaware of being watched, had just finished dressing when Hellen and the others rushed in from outside.
Seeing Brady and Henry downstairs, Hellen breathed a sigh of relief.
She was worried Henry would disturb them.
