Chapter 94 If you don't ask for my help

Brady, Arthur, and Carson Bowar walked to the door of the ward.

Arthur and Carson Bowar entered first to see Loraine Plahn.

Brady stood at the door, looking at the woman sitting silently on the bench with a deep expression, wondering what she was thinking.

His thin lips twitched slightly as he spoke solemnly, "Miss De Vere, don't you have anything to say to me?" He had encountered Max when he came up earlier.

It seemed like this man had become addicted to being Violet's knight in shining armor.

Begging him to forgive Violet, he would take all the blame for it.

Hehe, this woman is quite capable. First there was Aiden, and now there's Max.

Brady thought coldly, completely unaware that he was secretly jealous in his words and thoughts.

Jealous of those men.

When Violet heard his voice and looked at him, she immediately said, "Mr. Hall, I'm sorry. I will handle this matter properly and ensure that it doesn't bring any negative impact to JK and the Hall family."

"How do you plan to resolve it?" Brady asked.

His words could be bluntly translated as: If you don't ask for my help, I can handle it for you, but you should consider the previous agreement.

However, he believed that he didn't lack women.

It couldn't be said.

"When Miss Plahn is willing to see me, I will explain," Violet said in a gentle voice. "But she doesn't want to see me right now."

After Violet finished speaking, Brady pondered for a moment and then said, "Come with me later."

He wanted to see how she would handle it.

Upon hearing his words, Violet was initially stunned, not sure if he intended to help her or what.

But since he was willing to take her in, she thanked him.

"Thank you, Mr. Hall."

When Brady saw that she didn't continue speaking, he strode towards the ward. Violet got up and quickly followed. This time, with Brady present, the bodyguards didn't dare to stop Violet.

They respectfully let her through.

In the ward, Loraine Plahn, who had already been rescued, had a slightly swollen face but overall looked fine, albeit a bit weak.

At the moment, Loraine Plahn was pouting and complaining to her fiancé, Carson Bowar, that her face was swollen.

Carson Bowar gently stroked her hair and reassured her that it would go down by tomorrow.

The two of them were being affectionate.

Arthur was bored and had wanted to leave, but when he saw Brady enter, followed by the stunning Violet from the De Vere family, his boredom vanished.

What does his Mr. Hall mean now?

Arthur decided to stay and watch a little longer.

As soon as Violet entered, Loraine Plahn, who had been affectionate a moment ago, immediately became furious and pointed at Violet, saying, "Who let you in? Get out!"

Carson Bowar glanced at Violet and Brady, and while holding Loraine Plahn's hand, he said, "Don't be like this. Regardless, she is an employee of Mr. Hall's company."

"So what? Brady and my cousin grew up together with me. I refuse to believe that he would favor an employee who intends to harm me," Loraine Plahn said aggrievedly to Brady.

Brady casually said: “Regarding this matter, Mr. Green from JK explained it to me and I didn’t even know that you are allergic to mangoes”

"Who knows if she did it on purpose?" Loraine Plahn had a rehearsal to catch the next day, and her face needed to be on camera. Otherwise, she wouldn't be so angry.

After Loraine Plahn threw a tantrum, Violet bypassed Brady and approached Loraine Plahn's bedside, apologizing sincerely and softly, "Miss Plahn, I'm sorry."

"I didn't know about your mango allergy. I hope you're not angry. If there's anything you need me to do, I can do it now," Violet said earnestly.

Her humble posture made Emily feel sorry for her.

There was no trace of the former New York beauty's little pride.

Arthur couldn't help but sigh at how pitiful she looked.

If the De Vere family hadn't gone through those things, Violet might have had a better life.

But fate is unpredictable.

"You, get out. I don't need any explanations." Loraine Plahn was furious at the sight of her. If this incident hadn't happened, she could have worked with her on the wedding dress, but now she had ruined her rehearsal for tomorrow.

Tomorrow's program was crucial.

She had to appear on camera, but who knew if the swelling on her face would subside?

The more Loraine Plahn thought about it, the angrier she got. She casually grabbed the orange Carson Bowar had brought her a moment ago and threw it at Violet without warning.

Violet didn't try to dodge; she needed Loraine Plahn's cooperation.

So she didn't move.

Just as the orange was about to hit her face, Brady acted quickly and pulled her into his embrace, his voice cold as he questioned, "What's wrong with you?"

Does she have a white stick for eyes?

Does she not know how to dodge?
