Chapter 517 With So Much Money, How Can He Wholeheartedly Marry Violet?
The car quickly arrived at the hospital, and Brady got out, calling Calliope as he walked.
Calliope answered, "Calliope, bring the kids out now."
Calliope, was startled by the news and asked, "Brady, is everything okay now?"
"It's fine for now, you can come out," Brady said gently.
Calliope replied, "Got it, I'll bring them out right away."
Calliope hurried to tell Hellen and the kids to come out, "You can come out now, everything's fine."
But Hellen felt no gratitude. She knew Calliope was Brady's fiancée.
If Calliope hadn't said the kids were in danger, she would never have brought them here.
"Thank you, but please tell Brady not to visit us again in the future. We can avoid these dangers in this way," Hellen said.
Calliope gently explained, "You have misunderstood our relationship. I'll explain it to you later."
"What's there to explain?" Hellen didn't want to listen for she thought Brady was unreliable.
He could have his engagement, and Violet could live her own life.
"Mr. Hall has always loved Ms. Devereux. Our engagement is entirely to protect her and the kids because that person is very dangerous," Calliope said patiently.
Hellen didn't believe it at all. "Ms. Green, thank you for bringing us here today.We won't bother you again. So, let's leave it at that, Ms. Green."
Then Hellen took the kids' hands and left Brady's mansion.
Calliope wanted to explain further, but shedidn't. She thought that once Brady explained to Violet, Hellen would believe it too.
But the truth was, Violet wouldn't buy it either.
Especially when Brady suddenly appeared in her ward and gently tried to hug her, Violet angrily pushed him away. "Mr. Hall, what are you doing here? Aren't you afraid of making your fiancée angry?"
"Violet, this whole situation is a misunderstanding. Now that the problem is solved, I'll explain it to you," Brady said. He just wanted to touch her, but as soon as he reached out, Violet slapped his hand away.
She hated that he was engaged to Calliope, yet he came to hersaying it was all a misunderstanding?
He had previously said it was to protect her and pretended to date Calliope, but then they actually got engaged. When she asked Brady, he ignored her, and now he was saying it was all fake.
How could she believe that?
If it wasn't a real engagement, why didn't he respond to her at the time?
So Violet felt he was using this kidnapping incident to toy with her feelings. Thinking about it made her extremely angry. "Brady, get out. I don't want to see you right now."
