Olivia, unusually angry and agitated, looked at the calm Violet. Her anger turned into sarcasm and mockery. "Mr. Hall has a new girlfriend? Did you know?"
"I just found out," Violet said calmly.
She knew Olivia might be angry and wanted to mock her a bit.
"Do you have any thoughts on this?" Olivia continued.
"No," Violet replied calmly.
It seemed that had nothing to do with her, which made Olivia a bit incredulous. She remembered that Brady had cared her a lot.
Olivia didn't believe it and said, "He abandoned you for a new girlfriend, and you have no reaction at all?"

Violet shook her head. "No, if we were dating, shouldn't I have been there when the relationship was announced?"
Olivia fell silent. Could Ava have lied to her? Impossible, why would Ava lie to her?
"Do you know Calliope?"
"I don't know her," Violet said with some sarcasm, "Olivia, did you call me in just to ask this? I'll say it again, I have nothing to do with Mr. Hall. Even if we had a relationship before, the only officially announced girlfriend of Mr. Hall is Ms. Green, not me. If you've been targeting mebecause of it, I think I can talk to Mr. Green about it."
When Violet mentioned Max, Olivia frowned. But thinking about it, what she said made sense.
Violet was just a pitiful woman who had been abandoned. She posed no threat to Olivia, so why continue to target her?
Olivia relaxed her tense nerves and said, "Fine, I won't ask you anymore. Help me clean up these pieces and then leave."
Seeing that Olivia changed, Violet relaxed inside. She was really afraid this woman would continue to suspect her and Brady, so she quickly helped clean up the office.
