Chapter 951 Her Favor
After ending the video call with Julie, Brady felt a huge weight lift off his shoulders.
No more worrying about Julie's safety.
Lance could finally rest in peace.
"Honey, are you hungry? Want me to make you some breakfast?" Violet asked, noticing his relaxed demeanor and snuggling up to him playfully.
"I'll just have some bread. Let's head to town first, or we might run out of time," Brady said, gently tapping her nose with a smile.
"Skipping breakfast isn't good for your stomach," Violet said, lightly touching his stomach.
"Don't worry, I'm in great shape," Brady reassured her, pulling her up. "Let's go."
"Are you sure you don't want to eat?" Violet really wanted him to have a proper breakfast.
"It's just this once. A piece of bread won't hurt. Come on," Brady said, firmly taking her hand and leading her outside.
Violet couldn't argue with him, so she went along.
Hand in hand, they walked out of the villa. Bob was already waiting with the speedboat, standing respectfully by the side. "Mr. Hall, Mrs. Hall, the speedboat is ready. We can depart now."
"Great," Brady responded cheerfully, leading Violet towards the beach.
The weather on the island was perfect today—clear blue skies without a cloud in sight, a gentle sea breeze mixed with warm sunlight caressing Violet's face, making her feel as though she were at a spa.
It was indeed a perfect day for a boat trip.
They boarded the speedboat, and after over an hour of smooth sailing, they arrived at a nearby town.
Brady got off the boat first, then helped Violet down, holding her lovingly.
Bob and Eddy, who had accompanied them, felt a bit embarrassed by the display of affection.
The group then headed towards the town center.
This town was a local tourist hub, bustling with visitors from around the world.
Brady and Violet strolled around, and along the way, they encountered a group of young girls from Crestoria who were visiting the town. The girls almost mistook Brady and Violet for celebrities on vacation, given their striking looks.
This little mix-up didn't dampen their spirits; if anything, it made Brady even more protective of Violet.
He didn't want any other man eyeing her.
Like Darian and Miles had before.
So, while they explored the town, Brady kept a firm grip on Violet's hand, never letting her out of his sight.
The town's rich culture fascinated Violet, especially since she was a design student. Her eyes couldn't get enough of the vibrant local crafts and designs.
She looked around eagerly, buying many local design pieces to take back home.
By the end of their shopping spree, Bob and Eddy were each carrying half a dozen bags.
Violet was still unsatisfied; she loved the beautiful, affordable, and well-designed crafts and clothes.
She wanted to buy everything.
But seeing Bob and Eddy struggling with the bags, she decided to stop.
Besides, she was getting hungry after all that walking, so Brady took her to a waterfront restaurant for lunch.
After a satisfying meal and a bit of rest at the restaurant, Brady glanced at a nearby art gallery and suggested, "How about we have a look at that gallery?"
Violet followed his gaze and saw a gallery with a unique charm.
"Since when are you interested in art?"
"You never know, there might be a surprise," Brady said, a gentle smile playing on his lips, his eyes sparkling.
Violet wasn't sure what he was up to, but his expression suggested he had something special planned for her.
"Alright, let's go take a look," she agreed.
