Todd curved his lips. "Then please trouble Mr. Jenkins to make the introduction."
"Alright, I'll go back and inform Camilla right away!"
Micah left the Winston Group in a daze, and he still hadn't come to his senses when he returned to his apartment.
When he left Brussville, his father repeatedly reminded him that the Winston Group, from top to bottom, had somewhat arrogant personalities and would look down on out-of-town merchants like them.
But after two interactions with the people from the Winston Group, he didn't feel looked down upon at all. Moreover, he even successfully closed a second deal.
No wonder the Winston Group's business could spread globally; it must be this kind of humble spirit that influenced them.
Micah returned to the apartment, where Camilla and Nicole were having lunch.
He sat down at the dining table, suppressing his excitement. "Camilla, I met the project managers of the Winston Group today. They were about nine years old. I initially thought the Winston Group was just sending little boys to brush me off, but those two kids were exceptionally talented and capable. I didn't dare say a word in front of them."
Camilla's eyes flickered. She knew that Ivan had four children, three of whom held important positions in the company.
"Mr. Keith Winston said he hopes I can introduce you to him. He wants to discuss a collaboration with you," Micah said.
Camilla was taken aback. Ivan's son wanted to collaborate with her? She asked softly, "Do they know who I am?"
"Of course they do." Micah scratched his chin. "I could tell those two kids are quite eager to meet you."
Camilla put down her utensils. "Tell him to set up a time for a meeting."
She was somewhat unsure of the intentions of these children. Did they want to warn her to stay away from Ivan, or were they like Angela, always looking at her with tearful eyes?
She suddenly felt an urgent desire to meet them.
The Winston Villa.
At dusk, the Winston family was all present. Around the long dining table sat Ivan and his four children.
After having half his meal, Ivan put down his utensils and said calmly, "I have an announcement to make."
The four children stopped what they were doing and looked over in unison. As if anticipating something, the children were a bit nervous.
"Tomorrow, I will invite a guest to the Winston Villa," Ivan nodded calmly, "No matter who you see, do not show too much surprise. Don't scare her away."
Owen's eyes widened. "Daddy, is it Mommy? Are you inviting Mommy back home?"
Ivan glanced at him, "Don't think I don't know about the foolish thing you did."
"What foolish thing did I do?" Owen said innocently, "I held back from meeting her without your permission. Is it wrong to have Bryan deliver some gifts on my behalf?"
