Chapter 79 Looking for Daddy
On the bustling streets. Todd anxiously looked around, and finally, he saw a little girl in a pink dress. It was Angela!
He started to rush towards her, but suddenly, a sports car zoomed past him. When the car was gone, Angela's figure had disappeared too. Todd became frantic, his forehead covered in sweat.
This morning when he came to preschool, he felt that something was wrong with his sister. He had talked to her for a long, long time, but she didn't react at all. Later, he went to the restroom, and when he came out, his sister was gone.
If Mommy found out that his sister went missing at preschool, she would definitely go crazy.
He had to find his sister before Mommy knew! Todd took a deep breath and continued walking along the roadside, searching for people in one shop after another.
While Todd searched, Angela boarded a bus. She got on the bus with a woman taking care of a child and sat next to her. The boy in the woman's arms kept stealing glances at her. She stared straight ahead, her beautiful face showing no emotions. After a few rounds of passengers getting on and off the bus, Angela finally got off at one stop.
She got off alone, and the passengers on the bus quickly said, "Ma'am, your daughter got off alone. Why don't you go after her?"
The woman holding the child was shocked, "That's not my child!" She had just been wondering why such a beautiful child was all by herself without an adult around.
"What? Not yours? Then whose child is she? It's so careless of the adults to let such a pretty girl go out alone."
"The little girl looks only about three years old. She's so bold to ride the bus alone!"
"The girl doesn't cry or make a fuss. Maybe she really came out alone."
"She seems quite smart."
As the passengers on the bus discussed, the vehicle slowly moved away. Angela stood on the street, looking left and right to recognize the direction. And then walked for ten minutes to the south, finally stopping at the entrance of a magnificent building.

Angela stood at the entrance and, upon seeing the words "the Winston Group Building," decisively went inside.
"This isn't a playground; children can't come in!" The security guard dutifully blocked the entrance. Angela glanced up at the security guard and bent down, slipping under his arm.
"Hey! I said you can't come in!" The security guard reached out and grabbed her collar.
Angela struggled with all her might. But how could a four-year-old girl escape from the clutch of an adult man?
"The playground is 50 meters to the right outside, that's where you should go!" The security guard lifted Angela and threw her out.
Little did he know, Angela bent down again and dashed back into the building. The security guard was absolutely frustrated. He chased after her in big strides. But Angela deliberately ran towards crowded areas and even hid under a table.
"Hey, I'll say it again, come out!" The security guard leaned against the table and yelled at Angela.
The little girl hugged the table leg, staring cautiously with her eyes wide open.
