Chapter 907

Brenda's lips quivered, "Martin, you and Ivan are brothers. Why are you trying to kill each other?"

"I only want Haley," Martin repeated.

Brenda was stunned, "Martin, Haley is your brother's wife. That's messed up!"

"I have no blood relation with Haley. How is that messed up?" Martin sneered, "Just act like you didn't see me. Go do your thing. I'll be outta here soon."

"Where are you going?" Brenda asked, her heart pounding. She was scared stiff that Ivan and Martin would clash again.

Just as she finished, the sound of screeching brakes echoed from the villa's entrance.

Martin smirked, "Haley's here. Bring her to this room. Don't let the kids sense anything weird."

Brenda's hands started to shake, "Martin, don't do this."

"Fine, I won't. Then I'll just take Haley away in front of the kids. If they get scared, that's on you," Martin said with a casual grin.

"Alright, I'll bring Haley upstairs."

Brenda took a deep breath and opened the door. As she went downstairs, the kids had already seen Haley arrive.

In the past, whenever Haley came home, the kids would run to her excitedly. But the recent changes in Haley had left the kids shocked.

Even though they saw their mom, whom they missed dearly, they didn't dare rush over. Four pairs of eyes watched Haley as she got closer.

Haley walked in, looked around without finding Martin.

The house was warm, but she didn't take off her down jacket. She kept her hands in her pockets and looked at the kids, "Go to your rooms. Don't come out unless I call your name."

Angela's big, watery eyes widened, "Mommy, can I hug you?"

Haley shook her head, "Not now."

Martin, that snake, could be watching her from any corner. She couldn't show any concern for the kids.

She glanced at Todd, who hadn't had a chance to move out of the Winston Villa yet. He stood silently in the corner, not even daring to greet her.

Haley pressed her lips together, "Keith, didn't you hear me? Take your siblings upstairs."

"Okay, Mommy." Keith lowered his eyes, took Owen and Angela's hands, and called out to Todd. The four kids reluctantly went upstairs.

At this moment, Brenda came down from upstairs. Seeing Haley, her expression was very complicated, "Haley, why did you come over suddenly?"

Haley stared at her for a few seconds and then suddenly smiled, "Why ask such unnecessary questions, Brenda? Take me to see Martin."

Recently, every time they met, Brenda's face was full of guilt and remorse. But this time, she looked uneasy and sheepish.

For Martin to get into the Winston Villa, Brenda must have allowed it. Between her two sons, Brenda would always prefer Martin.

Because Brenda always felt she owed Martin. So did Ivan deserve to be hurt over and over again?

Haley's lips curled into a sneer.

Brenda opened her mouth, her face pale. After taking a deep breath, she said, "Haley, I have my reasons. I really had no choice."

"I don't want to hear your reasons. Take me to see Martin."
