Chapter 1063

"Let her vent," Ivan said calmly. "After three years of living in a daze, she needs to let it out."

Four years ago, Haley went to the beach and boarded a cruise ship to find some peace.

She accidentally fell overboard.

Then, Haley and her family were forcibly separated for four years.

The Jenkins family saved her, but at the same time, they caused the death of her daughter and made her lose all her past memories.

Some grudges were hard to untangle.

But Haley needed to vent some of her anger.

After about thirty minutes, Haley walked out of the Jenkins Mansion coldly.

Seeing Ivan and Bryan in the yard, Haley was slightly surprised. "What are you doing here?"

"Ivan was worried about you, so he dragged me along," Bryan scratched the back of his head. "Haley, are you okay?"

Haley's eyes were a bit red. "The last person to handle the child was a nurse surnamed Hill. I'm going to the hospital to ask."

The Jenkins family insisted that her child was dead. They had been pushed to this point; they probably wouldn't lie to her anymore.

Even so, she wanted to find the child's body and give it a proper burial.

But she heard that stillborn children were treated as medical waste.

Haley's heart tightened, the pain suffocating her.

Ivan gave Bryan a look. "You go ahead and find the nurse. Haley and I will be right there."

Bryan didn't want to stay and hinder Ivan and Haley's conversation, so he left immediately.

Ivan casually wrapped his arm around Haley's waist. "Just think of these years as a nightmare. Now that you've woken up, everything will pass."

Haley's eyes welled up.

Yes, just think of it as a dream.

In the dream, she was pregnant and then lost a child.

In reality, she had four children, both sons and daughters, a family of six, happy and joyful.

On the way, Haley remained silent.

But she had slowly come to terms with it.

Even if she hadn't fallen into the sea four years ago, in her state, she couldn't have given birth smoothly.

At that time, she almost hurt Owen. What else could she not do?

Soon they arrived at the hospital.

Bryan was very efficient. He had a nurse, about fifty years old, sitting in the office.

"What do you want? This is a law-abiding society; what you're doing is illegal!" Sarah Hill struggled fiercely.

Ivan gave her a cold look. "You know the Jenkins family from Brussville, right?"

Sarah suddenly shivered.

How could she not know about the events of the past few years?

"Three years ago, the Jenkins family had you handle a child. Where is that child?" Haley grabbed Sarah by the collar and asked coldly.

She didn't want to waste any more time; she was desperate to know everything!

Sarah's face turned pale.

She had participated in that surgery three years ago. The Jenkins family had given her three hundred thousand dollars in hush money.
