Chapter 84 She Couldn't Take It Anymore!

Todd followed her instructions and zoomed in on the car, and the license plate number was clearly visible. Haley's heart sank instantly. She had seen this car before; it was Emily's newly bought sports car.

In the surveillance footage, the car happened to drive past Angela. Could it be that Emily took Angela away?

Haley immediately bit her lower lip. She closed her eyes, then opened them, her eyes filled with determination. "Todd, you go back to preschool and continue your classes."

Todd hesitated, "Mommy, I want to find Angela."

"I think I know where Angela is. Be good and go back to preschool." Haley gently guided him back into the car and pressed the accelerator towards preschool.

Todd turned his head and looked at her. Haley's face turned cold, and bad suspicions began to emerge in his heart. Mommy's appearance didn't seem like she was going to find his sister. It was clearly like seeking revenge.

Sitting in the back seat, Todd clicked the mouse, and the computer screen instantly turned blue, with countless English characters flashing. After a quick search, he found the owner of the red car...Emily!

Mommy's archenemy!

Todd clenched his fingers and said slowly, "Mommy, I'll go with you."

Haley calmly replied, "You skipped class this morning, and Heidi is already upset. Be good and focus on your schoolwork."

Todd lowered his head, his eyes filled with despair. He was too young; he knew he had to obey his mom’s words. But he couldn't just let her go alone to the DeRoss family.

Todd took a deep breath and tapped his fingers on the keyboard. Haley heard the sound of him typing and guessed what Todd was doing. If it were before, she would definitely stop him.

But now, Angela was missing, and she didn't know what kind of torment she was facing. Haley drove Todd back to preschool and left before Heidi's teacher could apologize to her. Her car sped away, carrying a sense of destructive madness.

A few days ago, Emily had sent someone to track her. She should have been more vigilant then, why didn't she take action?

And yesterday, Emily had lurked outside the preschool, clearly intending to harm the two children. Why didn't she intervene in time?

She was failing as a mother. If something happened to Angela, she would never forgive herself!
Haley's car raced down the road, her vision gradually blurred, but she forced herself to hold back the tears. What right did she have to cry?

The car abruptly screeched to a halt at the DeRoss family's mansion gate. This was where she had lived for eighteen years, familiar with every brick and tile. She gripped the car door and was about to get out when she saw Emily stepping out of the mansion in high heels.

Emily wore a sexy dress, exquisite makeup, and she walked with a swaying hips, humming a tune. She seemed to be in a very good mood. Haley's hand slowly clenched the steering wheel, her foot pressed on the gas pedal.

In her mind, she saw Emily walking arrogantly into the warehouse four years ago. Her two children were indirectly killed by Emily. Even after four years, her hatred couldn't be suppressed; instead, it deeply engraved into her bones and blood.

She had endured without seeking revenge because of her two children. But now, Emily had harmed Angela.

She couldn't endure it anymore!

She couldn’t endure it any longer!

Haley ruthlessly stepped on the gas pedal!
