Chapter 109 A New Son
"Haley, I missed you..." Owen sobbed and held Haley's neck tightly, sobbing on her shoulder.
Hearing the crying, Todd came out, and his expression turned cold when he saw Owen. "You're still here? Why haven't you left yet?"
Haley held Owen, furrowing her brows. "What's going on?"
"Haley, I came to find you, but he wouldn't let me in and chased me out..." Owen sobbed, "I missed Haley, missed my little sister, Angela. I just wanted to see you. I wouldn't do anything bad..."
Todd's temple throbbed. An hour ago, Owen knocked on the door and insisted on entering the house. He had already sent Uncle Justin's assistant home, so there were only him and Angela in the house.
How could he let a stranger inside?
He forcefully closed the door, thinking Owen would take the hint and leave.
Unexpectedly, Owen had been waiting at the door for an hour, and even more surprisingly, he had complained to his mother...
Haley's head was starting to ache a little.
Owen Winston was truly mischievous.
Why did he run to her house to seek attention so late at night?

He didn't want to go back yet...
Haley knew this wasn't the first time Owen ran away from home.
She placed Owen on the sofa and called Ivan on her phone,"Mr. Winston, it's me."
Ivan was about to leave the feast when he received Haley's call. He thought she was calling to arrange a meeting time for tomorrow.
He assumed a superior posture and calmly asked,"Miss DeRoss, what's the matter?"
"Mr. Winston, your son is at my place. Please send someone to pick him up."
Haley hung up the phone directly after finishing her sentence.
Ivan furrowed his brow and called Alfred,"Where's Owen?"
"Sir... Sir, Owen is missing..." Alfred was on the verge of tears, "I've sent people to search, we'll find him soon! Please continue with your work, sir, don't worry about the family!"
Owen nuck out of the home every now and then, and many times Alfred didn't report it.
After all, they could always find him if they looked hard enough, and there was no need to trouble the master.
Who knew the master would find out?
"There's no need to search, he's already been found."
Ivan coldly hung up and drove to Haley's house.
"Haley, can I stay here for the night?" Owen pitifully clung to Haley's arm and acted cute,"I really like you so much, I want to be your son, is that okay..."
"No!" Todd said coldly,"My mother already has a son."
"Wouldn't it be nice to have one more?" Owen pleaded with great grievance,"I will respect and take care of you, and treat Angela as my own sister. Please, Haley, please..."
He was giving Haley a headache with his constant nagging.
She wasn't particularly good with children, and she didn't really like them either.
