Chapter 91 Did you not sleep well?
Emily was getting a headache from Mr. DeRoss's nagging. It's not like this issue was her fault. Why does everything have to be blamed on her?
She said impatiently, "It's just a client. The Winston Group is worth ten of these small clients."
"The project with the Winston Group won't start for another three years, so stop mentioning it!" Mr. DeRoss paced back and forth with his hands behind his back, furrowing his brows. "By the way, what about the Roscente Group? It's the second day today. Did Haley meet with the person in charge of the Roscente Group?"
Emily tapped her forehead. "When I arrived at the company this morning, I heard someone say that Haley also came, but I don't know what she came for."
Mr. DeRoss tapped his fingers on the tabletop and said coldly, "If she can really secure the Roscente Group project this time, I'm not afraid to give her another chance."
When Emily heard this, she was suddenly startled. Give Haley another chance? What does he mean by that? Does he really want Haley to work with them?
With Haley in the company, how can she focus on work all day? Eventually, her position as the heir will be taken away by Haley. Emily pursed her lips, wanting to say something, but ultimately gave up.
Mr. DeRoss is also Haley's biological father. If she has any issues, it's better to discuss them with her mother.

Haley smirked, "Emily, did you not sleep well?"

But it didn't matter, Keith was already investigating. Once he finds a clue, she will personally send Haley to jail.

Haley lazily smirked, “Just came by, and by the way, I heard a big piece of gossip.” She took a step forward, with a hint of ridicule in her tone, "You managed to ruin a sure deal. If you were in charge of the DeRoss Group, I think it would go bankrupt in less than three months."
“You!” Emily’s features twisted in anger.
Normally, she was the one who would bother Haley. But today, this little troublemaker actually started it herself. Could it be that this troublemaker really thinks she can take over the Roscente Group successfully?
Emily’s fingers clenched her palm as she spoke coldly and deliberately, “Well, just wait and see if the DeRoss Group will go bankrupt.”
She glared fiercely at Haley and walked away. Haley twirled the USB drive in her hand, thinking about it. The employees of the DeRoss Group were really lax. She only treated them to a meal and easily obtained the finance department's records.
But she wasn't an accountant, so auditing these records would take quite some time. Emily returned to her office angrily, her eyes full of malice. She called her assistant in coldly.
"You, go contact the person in charge of the Roscente Group and slander the DeRoss Group as much as possible in front of him."
The assistant looked puzzled, "Emily, what are you trying to do?"
"Heh, I'd rather not have this big project than allow Haley to enter the DeRoss Group," Emily coldly replied. "If you handle this well, I'll give you a million dollars. You won't have to worry for the rest of your life."
