After the press conference, Haley felt relieved. She was just about to go to the lounge when a young secretary approached her.
"Ms. DeRoss, Mr. Martínez asked you to wait for him in the meeting room over there. He wants to discuss some details with you."

"Please have a seat. I'll bring you a cup of coffee," the secretary said, walking towards the door. She gently closed the door to the meeting room and then dialed a phone number on her mobile.
"Ms. DeRoss, the task you assigned has been completed." She stood in the corner, making the phone call and completely unaware that there was a four-year-old child standing behind her.
Keith furrowed his eyebrows tightly. The press conference was still ongoing, but he saw this woman leave, and he followed suit. He didn't know why he ended up here. Little did he know he would overhear such a conversation.
Cuenca had only one the DeRoss. The person on the other end of the phone referred to herself as Mrs. DeRoss, so she must be his mother, Emily. Why did the mother make someone trick Haley into coming to this conference room?
