Todd slid into the back seat of the car.
Cradling his laptop, he continued tapping the keys and said in a low voice, "I've located Emily; she's true with Keithshe is really with Keith."
Haley's lips tightened. "Todd, buckle up."
She floored the accelerator, and the car sped away from the mansion.
Four years ago, she wasn't able to protect Keith and Owen, and that has had haunted her ever since.
Today, four years later, she is was determined to safeguard her son.
If Emily dared to hurt Keith, she would make sure Emily regretted it...
She hoped it wouldn't come to that...
Haley pushed the accelerator to the floor, running through several red lights before finally exiting the bustling downtown area. The car rapidly approached the red dot indicated by the GPS.
Closer.They were moving closer, and closer.

Fifteen minutes later, they reached the beachside, where the sea air carried an unpleasant fishy smell that set one on edge.
"Todd, stay put in the car," Haley said, turning to him and speaking deliberately.
Instinctively, Todd almost shook his head.
"Todd, be good. Just sit tight, and don't worry Haleydon't make me worry," she said, reaching back to ruffle his hair. "I can only look out for one child. Stay in the car, lock the doors, and don't come out, okay?"
Todd stared into Haley's eyes and slowly nodded.
He didn't understand why Haley would want to save Emily's son...

"Who's there? Who's outside?" a panicked woman's voice called out.
It was definitely Emily's voice.
Haley stilled, remaining silent. Then, she heard footsteps approaching from inside.
Just one person's steps suggested that Emily might be alone in the abandoned factory...
That meant Keith's location was still unknown.
But where was Keith? Where could he be?
