Chapter 603
Haley pursed her crimson lips.
She reached for a tissue from the entryway cabinet, walked over, and said lightly, "Bend your waist a little."
Martin didn't know what Haley was up to., thinking maybe she was going to wipe the sweat off his face.
He smirked coldly and slightly bent over.
Haley raised her hand and wiped off the lipstick stain off Martin's collar.
Her voice remained indifferent and composed, " Next time, you better check yourself from head to toe for anything inappropriate before entering the house. "
Martin's gaze swept over, only to see a smudge of lipstick on the tissue.
And there remained a faint lipstick stain on his white collar.
His eyes suddenly grew cold.
"If you two want to be intimate, go to the bedroom. It's not good for the children to see!"
Brenda led the children out of the bathroom and saw Martin slightly bending over, Haley tiptoeing, with her hands on his neck.
From her perspective, it appeared as if they were kissing each other on the face.
" Children shouldn't see this!" Brenda covered the children's eyes with her hand, smiling warmly "Come, I'll take you to the dining room."
Todd let Brenda lead him to the dining room.
Perhaps Ivan and Haley were really just arguing, and that was why they had been cold-shouldering each other for a while.
Now that they had made up, he shouldn't show any hostility towards Ivan anymore.
The atmosphere at dinner was not quite pleasant, with Owen enlivening the mood, Angela's sweet voice, and Brenda trying to create a happy scene. By the end of the meal, the children were all in good spirits.
"Ivan, if you don't need to go to the company, can you come with me to the bedroom?"
Haley stood up, forcing a smile.
Before Martin could reply, Owen jumped up and said, "Mommy, I want to go to the bedroom with you too!"
Angela blinked her big eyes and said softly, "I want to be with Mommy and Daddy!"
"Don't join in the fun!" Brenda walked over with a smile and said, "Your mommy and daddy haven't been together much since they got married. Don't disturb them while they're trying to bond."
Owen asked in confusion, "Why not?"
Brenda explained, "You've already spent a lot of time with your daddy today. Let him spend more time with your mommy. I'll take you to play on the slide."
With Brenda's efforts, all four children were taken out to the yard to play.
The villa's servants were also very observant, trimming flowers and trees in the yard or doing dishes in the kitchen, leaving all the space to Ivan and Haley only.
Martin put one hand in his pocket, a faint smile playing at the corner of his mouth, "Are you inviting me?"
The smile on his face felt strangely unfamiliar to Haley.
She turned around and walked upstairs, saying lightly, "You'll find out when you come up."
Martin rubbed his chin, chuckled softly, and followed Haley to the master bedroom on the second floor.
Once he entered the room, Haley locked the door.
Martin leaned against the door with one hand, enclosing her with his body.
