Chapter 601
"Martin, I love you so much. Your secret is my secret. I will keep it in my heart for a lifetime."
Katherine looked up, gazing adoringly at Martin.
She choked and said, "Ivan has been hypnotized by me and lost his memory. He will never come back in this lifetime. If you divorce Haley, we can get married and have a child. Doesn't that sound good?"
Martin was getting impatient.
He shouldn't have asked Katherine to perform hypnosis for him just to make things easier.
Now that Ivan was dead, the hypnosis was meaningless, and he found himself being held by Katherine instead.
"Ivan treated you ruthlessly. Do you still want to protect his woman and child?" Katherine stood up, leaning on the office desk. "Moreover, Haley and the children are the closest to Ivan. Sooner or later, they will realize that you have changed, and then slowly discover that you are not Ivan at all! The risk is too great. Only by divorcing Haley can you live peacefully for the rest of your life."
"I don't need you to tell me what I should do."
Martin stared coldly at Katherine, his eyes looking as if they wanted to devour her alive.
Katherine loved it when Martin looked at her, regardless of whether the glance was cold, angry, distant, or fierce.
She suddenly approached, her red lips inadvertently brushing against the collar of Martin's white shirt. She leaned in close to his ear and whispered, "I will always be in Watertown. When you come to your senses, feel free to come find me."
The president's office was next to the secretarial department.
Four secretaries stopped their work and gathered to chat quietly.
"That woman has been in the office for half an hour now. What's her relationship with Mr. Winston?"
"I don't know. I've never seen such a client at the Winston Group."
"Mr. Winston hasn't gone home for a week. He just got married, and he's out every night. Has the relationship between Mr. Winston and Haley broken down already?"
"Don't talk nonsense!" Kelly reprimanded them lightly and said, "The media that spread rumors about Mr. Winston and Haley's marriage problems has already been warned. Do you want to be fired?"
As Kelly finished speaking, the door to the president's office opened.
The secretaries quickly lowered their heads to work, but surreptitiously glanced up to look at the two people walking out of the office.
Everyone in the office was shocked by what they saw.
Katherine's eyes were slightly red with her hair disheveled, and there were red marks on her neck.
Her appearance left no room for doubt.
Moreover, there was a red mark on Ivan's white shirt collar. It looked like lipstick.
The employees of the company were all shocked and dared not look any longer, quickly averting their gaze.
"Well, I'll be going now. Feel free to come find me when you've made up your mind," Katherine said, waving her hand as she stepped into the elevator.
Martin sneered coldly. It seemed he needed to find a way to make Katherine disappear from Watertown.
He glanced at his watch. It was half past five in the afternoon.
He had promised those children that he would return tonight, so it seemed he really should get going.
Martin smirked and stepped into the elevator.
As soon as he entered, the secretarial department began gossiping frantically.
"My goodness, was that for real? There was lipstick on Mr. Winston's collar!"
"So, Mr. Winston and that woman did something exciting in the office! Mr. Winston actually betrayed his marriage!"
"He's only been married for less than a month and he's already doing such things. The suspicions were reasonable after all."
"But Mr. Winston used to be virtuous. Why did he suddenly change after getting married?"
