Chapter 504 Mary Has Been Transferred
With the fall of night.
Mary sleepily opened her eyes. She was still in the hospital room, and Victoria had not returned yet.
She got up and turned on the light.
Just as she was regaining her senses, the door to the hospital room opened. She thought it was Victoria returning and instinctively turned her head, only to see two bodyguards walk in. They said to her, "Ms. Smith, Mrs. Montagu is waiting for you outside."
This time, Mary refused to believe anything Victoria said. She sat directly on the sofa and asked, "It's so late, isn't Mrs. Montagu going to rest? It's already late autumn, and at her age, it wouldn't be good if she caught a cold."
Seeing that she wasn't leaving with them, the two bodyguards exchanged a glance. Then they approached her directly, took a spray bottle out of their pocket, and sprayed it in Mary's face.
She was startled and instinctively tried to dodge, but it was too late!
The strong, unpleasant smell entered her nostrils, and her head immediately felt dizzy. "You guys..."
But before she could finish her sentence, she passed out.
The hospital bed was pushed into the elevator and taken out through the back door of the hospital, unnoticed by anyone.
By the time Robert arrived with his team, Mary was already gone from the hospital room!
Shirley was full of anxiety. "Wasn't Mary here? Where is she?"
Robert checked the surroundings, then closed his eyes and said, "I smell a sedative. She's been moved."
Shirley's expression turned even more grim. "Could someone know we were looking for her?"
Robert said, "This room was previously occupied by Mrs. Montagu. Mary came here on her own, so it must have been Mrs. Montagu who found her."
" Mary has already divorced Matthew, why does the Montagu family keep bothering her?" Shirley was furious at the mention of the Montagu name, her eyes filled with hatred for Matthew.
She turned and walked away. "I need to find Matthew. If his family is behind this and he can't find Mary, I will go all out against him!"
Robert did not stop her but instructed his subordinates, "Check the hospital's surveillance and keep looking for Mary."
"Yes, sir!"
Shirley hurried to the DK Group building but was stopped by the receptionist. She slammed her hand on the desk and said, "I want to see Matthew. If I don't see him today, I will make sure you all have no peace!"
The receptionist replied, "Miss, if you continue to cause trouble, I will call the police."
Shirley gritted her teeth in anger!
At that moment, the elevator opened, and Matthew and Herman walked out.
Shirley instinctively turned her head. Seeing Matthew, she immediately rushed over!
Herman saw her and thought she was coming for him. A smile unconsciously appeared on his face as he stepped forward, "You want to see me so badly..."
But before he could finish his sentence, Shirley pushed him aside and rushed to Matthew, glaring at him angrily. "Where did you take Mary this time? You're divorced, can't you let her have a few days of peace?"
Matthew narrowed his eyes dangerously. "Mary is missing?"
Shirley sneered, "Stop pretending. Mrs. Montagu asked Mary to go to the hospital, but after Mary went, she disappeared. I just went to the hospital, and Mary is missing!"
Matthew's handsome face immediately darkened. He took out his phone and made a call.
