Chapter 674 Burn Her to Death
She passed by an abandoned factory and stumbled upon two teenagers tied up inside. A man was pouring gasoline around them, threatening to set them on fire.
She was terrified but knew those two teenagers were in grave danger.
They were going to be burned alive.
Panicking, she ran away and found a supermarket far away, where she called the police.
By the time the police arrived, she had already fainted.
When she woke up again, she was back at the orphanage, having forgotten the incident due to a fever.
Now, those fragments flashed through her mind.
She suddenly realized that Roy was the man who had tried to burn those two teenagers alive!
"It was your fault, so you deserved to go to jail, why are you blaming me for it?"
Mary remembered and lunged at Roy. Caught off guard, Roy was knocked down!
She scrambled to her feet and ran out, using every ounce of her strength!
She had to run!
She finally understood why Roy had such a strong desire to kill her.
Because she had called the police back then, he went to jail, and even after ten years, he still harbored hatred.
"Damn it, you bitch, I'm going to kill you today!"
Roy quickly got up and chased after Mary.
Mary had been beaten earlier, and her whole body hurt. After running just a few steps, a sharp pain shot through her ribs, causing her to stumble and almost fall!
Roy caught up to her, grabbed her hair, and dragged her back into the factory.
"Let go, let go of me!"
Mary struggled, scratching and clawing at him, trying every way she could think of to resist.
But it was useless!
She was soon dragged back into the abandoned factory. This time, Roy didn't hit her but took out a rope and tied her up.
Mary's eyes were red, and she kept struggling, "Do you want to go back to jail? You're out now, haven't you thought about starting over?"
"You think I don't want to? It's impossible, I have no chance to start over!" Roy roared and slapped Mary again.
Blood oozed from the corner of Mary's mouth, and she felt dizzy from the blow.
What did he mean by no chance?
Roy tied her up and then stood in front of her, his eyes filled with malice, "Perfect, today I can finish what I started back then."
He walked to the corner, pulled out two large barrels, and began pouring their contents around.
The pungent smell hit her, and Mary's eyes widened in horror!
It was gasoline!
He wanted to burn her alive!
Roy finished pouring the gasoline and then took out his phone to make a call.
"Matthew, your beloved woman is in my hands. If you don't want her to be burned alive, prepare three billion dollars, at the same place as before. You should remember, right? After all, your brother died here, he was burned alive!"
Mary closed her eyes and listened to his words, her brow furrowing.
So, the two teenagers he kidnapped back then were Matthew and his brother Samuel?
What a coincidence.
Fate really had a twisted sense of humor.
Back then, she had bravely called the police, and now, she was the one about to be burned alive.
Roy dragged a chair over and sat a short distance away, his eyes still filled with malice as he stared at her, playing with a lighter in his hand.
