Chapter 133 Is Antonio Crazy?

James squinted, scratching his head, thinking, 'Wait, what the heck? Wasn't Antonio supposed to take Sarah home? Why's he sticking around?'

But seeing Antonio's serious face, James didn't dare to ask and quickly said, "Sure thing, Mr. Valencia!"

Sarah knew arguing with Antonio was pointless, so she didn't even try.

Fighting with Antonio was like banging her head against a wall.

If he wanted to stay, fine, as long as he didn't drag her back to the villa.

Sarah didn't say another word and grabbed the kids' hands. "Ethan, Harper, let's bounce. Ignore that psycho Antonio."

It was dinner time, so Sarah took the kids downstairs to grab a bite.

Alex sighed, barely audible, looking worried. "Sarah, should we find you a new spot to crash?"

He was worried Antonio would keep bugging them like today.

Antonio was pushy and had a short fuse, making his next move anyone's guess.

Today, Alex had managed to stop Antonio, but who knew if they'd get that lucky again?

But Sarah shook her head, sounding a bit resigned. "As long as we're in this city, Antonio will track us down no matter where we hide."

Running away would just waste time and energy.

Better to focus on getting Antonio to sign those divorce papers ASAP.

Alex got it and nodded. "Don't sweat it, I'll be around for a bit. If Antonio shows up to hassle you and the kids again, hit me up right away."

Harper sniffled and leaned against Alex, her little face full of resentment.

Alex was still the best; he never made her and Sarah sad and was super reliable.

She decided to start hating Antonio all over again.

Alex hugged Harper and gently patted her head to calm her down.

Seeing this, Ethan felt both comforted and satisfied. He looked at Alex, then at Sarah, his big eyes full of hope.

Now that Harper was back on their side, all they needed was to ditch Antonio, and then Sarah and Alex could get hitched. That would be perfect!

Antonio's appearance had put Sarah in a bad mood, but she didn't want the kids to feel it, so she forced a smile and casually called for them to order.

Just as the food was coming out, Antonio showed up.

The waiter recognized Antonio right away, looking both surprised and nervous, and quickly greeted him with a bow. "Mr. Valencia! Welcome."

But Antonio acted like he didn't hear, not even glancing at the waiter. His sharp eyes scanned the room and finally locked onto a table by the window.

Sarah was sitting by the window, serving Ethan some food, while Harper clung to Alex, who was doting on her and feeding her.

They looked like a family of four.

Antonio's gaze grew even colder and more intense as he marched over.

He plopped down at the next table without even glancing at the menu and coolly said, "Bring me one of each of your top dishes tonight."

Then, with a dramatic flair, he ordered a bottle of red wine.

The waiter nearly choked, his eyes lighting up.

No wonder he was Mr. Valencia, dropping cash on a bottle of wine worth tens of thousands of dollars like it was nothing!

But Antonio acted like he was just ordering a soda, and coldly added, "Send it to the next table."

The nearby diners perked up, throwing curious looks his way.

Sarah, being the closest, obviously heard it too, and her face darkened.

Before she could even process it, Alex suddenly spoke up, "Mr. Valencia, what's this all about?"

Even though they were in public, Alex kept his tone polite, though his irritation was clear.

What was Antonio trying to pull now?

Antonio snorted, his handsome face showing a mix of arrogance and coldness, and raised his voice a bit. "It's for you. Just a bottle of wine worth tens of thousands of dollars . Never had it before?"

As soon as he said that, there was a collective gasp from the diners, some even biting their tongues.

"Who is this guy, throwing money around like that?"

"He's hot, loaded, and generous. What a catch."

The whispers reached Antonio's ears, but he only cared about Sarah's reaction.

Her face visibly darkened, thinking, 'Is he nuts? Why blow tens of thousands on a bottle of wine for no reason?'

But before Sarah could say anything, Alex suddenly chuckled. "Then I'll send Mr. Valencia a bottle of wine as a thank you."

Saying this, Alex casually raised a hand to call the waiter and named a wine.

The waiter's jaw dropped, and he confirmed, "This wine costs twenty grand. Are you sure you want this bottle?"

This guy was even more extravagant than Mr. Valencia!

Sarah was stunned, her eyes widening as she turned to look at Alex, her face full of disbelief.

Why was he playing along? This wasn't a competition. Why bother with Antonio? Let him make a fool of himself.

But Alex clearly didn't catch Sarah's disapproval. He gave her a reassuring look and calmly nodded to the waiter. "I'm sure."

Now the diners were even more shocked, buzzing about the relationship between them.

Alex listened to the envious whispers around him, a hint of pride in his eyes, and shot a challenging look at Antonio.

They were having a money-throwing contest, and the happiest person was the waiter, grinning from ear to ear.

"Please wait a moment, gentlemen! I'll be right back." He was about to turn away, bowing and scraping, when a cool female voice interrupted him.

Sarah raised her hand slightly. "Hold up."
