Chapter 671 I Should Have a Deeply Loved Woman

Sarah was too scared to back away.

She watched his face change instantly, like a stormy sea at night, suffocating.

'What's he up to now? Is he losing it?' Sarah wondered.

"You..." she stammered.

Before she could say more, Benjamin suddenly covered her mouth!

Sarah's eyes widened in shock, unable to speak.

Benjamin had no choice.

Now that he knew Harold's true nature, he couldn't let Harold find out he and Sarah were together!

Sarah was scared but also annoyed.

What was Benjamin even doing here?

Whatever it was, she wanted no part of it!

Just as she was about to snap, Benjamin stepped aside, looking at her with deep affection.

That look made Sarah's heart race, leaving her confused and unable to meet his gaze.

There was something in his eyes she couldn't understand or handle.

In that moment, he slowly let go of her. He stayed silent.

Benjamin swallowed his helplessness and kissed Sarah deeply.

Then, he turned and left, each step filled with reluctance.

Sarah watched him go, fuming, and after a while, she gritted her teeth and cursed, "Lunatic!"

She was about to explode with anger!

To her, Benjamin was truly insane!

Sarah rubbed her lips hard, and just as she was about to move, she got a text.

It was from Benjamin again!

The text had only three words: [Wait for me.]

"Maniac!" Sarah angrily put away her phone, cursing Benjamin in her heart, and walked back into Savoury Pavilion.

It was all his fault!

Now, none of the dishes were edible!

She had to reorder everything, which would take forever, and she didn't know if the kids were already hungry.

As Benjamin left Savoury Pavilion, the tenderness on his face vanished, replaced by a dark, murderous look.

The rain had stopped, and the clouds had cleared.

His clothes were still half-wet, and the wound on the back of his head still hurt.

But he seemed to feel nothing, his expression cold as he got into the car.

He stared in the direction of Savoury Pavilion for a long time with a hint of tenderness in his eyes.

'She must be really mad right now,' he thought.

He remembered her angry face and couldn't help but smile.

Soon, Harold would show his true colors!

When that happened, he would make Harold pay for everything!

Benjamin's cold eyes flickered. Now that he knew the truth, he wouldn't let Harold manipulate him anymore. This time, he would take charge!

He pulled out his phone and called Harold.

Harold took a while to answer, his voice stern and fatherly.

"Benjamin, where are you?! Do you know about the engagement ceremony..." Harold started.

Before Harold could finish, Benjamin cut him off, "Sorry, Dad, for worrying you, but I left because I remembered something."

His eyes were full of sarcasm, but his voice stayed calm. "I remembered I once loved someone deeply."

He paused, waiting for Harold's reaction.

Sure enough, Harold's tone changed.

"What did you say?"

'Could he really remember? No... impossible, the doctor said the chances of breaking the hypnosis were minimal!' Harold thought.

Benjamin pretended to sigh. "Dad, I haven't fully remembered, but I'm sure the person I love isn't Isabella, so I can't get engaged to her."

Harold was momentarily speechless.

He knew the person Benjamin loved was that bitch Sarah!

But even if Benjamin remembered, Harold would never let him go back to Sarah!

Thinking this, Harold's voice turned stern. "Oh? I didn't know that. You've been with Isabella for so long, I thought you two were close. So, who is this person you love? Have you remembered where to find her?"

Benjamin's voice turned somber.

"I don't know," he replied.

He couldn't let Harold suspect it was Sarah.

So he added, "But I remember her face and some scenes, like memories from abroad. I think I met her in school. No matter what, I will recover those memories! I plan to settle the remaining company's affairs and then go abroad to visit my school."

Harold listened, half-believing, half-doubting.

But it seemed Benjamin hadn't remembered Sarah.

Otherwise, he would have already run to her!

Harold was temporarily relieved but he still said sternly, "Even so, you shouldn't have left everything behind and run off! Did you think about Isabella? How could she handle that all alone?"

Benjamin's lips curled into a cold smile.

When Harold and Isabella conspired to deceive him, they didn't think about handling such a situation.

"I was too confused at the time, sorry, Dad," Benjamin said.

"An apology isn't enough." Harold snorted, "The entire Capital City is watching the Harrington Group, and because of the engagement fiasco, our reputation has plummeted. Think about how to make amends!"

Benjamin responded, "I will make it right. By the way, Dad..."
