Chapter 433 Dad is deeply moved!
Seeing his son injured, Antonio was at a loss and quickly picked him up.
"Brian! I'll take you to the hospital..."
He had never been so flustered before, his eyes instantly turning red. If he had known, he would have instructed someone to clear all the animals on this mountain!
Brian quickly grabbed his father's hand and said, "Listen to me, let me finish. This snake is not venomous."
But Antonio ignored him and ran, saying, "We won't know if it's venomous until we get to the hospital! Stop talking, so your blood doesn't flow faster!"
Brian was a bit helpless, but seeing how nervous his father was, he found it somewhat amusing.
He patted Antonio's shoulder and said, "Don't worry, it's really not venomous. This snake is mine, a harmless garden snake. It usually doesn't attack. It probably attacked you because you stepped on its nest."
Antonio was completely stunned. This snake... was actually raised by his son?
But he finally calmed down and quickly took Brian home to clean the wound.
After everything was taken care of, Antonio suddenly hugged Brian.
"Brian, thank you. Daddy is deeply moved." Antonio hugged him tightly, but he also felt a sense of fear in his heart. "In the future, when you encounter such a situation, don't rush forward. Daddy is supposed to protect you, not let you take risks for me."
The way Brian had gotten hurt and how selflessly he had stood in front of him deeply shook him.
Brian hesitated and tried several times to pull Antonio away, but he couldn't because he was holding on too tightly. In the end, he could only sigh helplessly and pat Antonio's back soothingly.

When Sarah and Brady returned home after shopping, they immediately noticed the thick bandages wrapped around Brian's foot.

Brian looked helpless and glanced towards the kitchen.
Noticing that Antonio hadn't turned around, she carefully unwrapped the layers of bandages. "Mommy, see, it's just this wound. If I don't dress it properly, it might not start to heal."
Thirty minutes earlier, Antonio had brought Brian back. Failing to persuade his son, he didn't take him to the hospital. Instead, he had retrieved the home medicine kit and clumsily wrapped Brian's foot.
Antonio's bandaging skills were atrocious. Instead of simply applying iodine to disinfect, he ended up wrapping Brian like a mummy.
Brian wanted to open it, but he wouldn't let him.
"Mommy, can't you do something about this? I can't stand it anymore. Won't it smell bad if it's wrapped up for too long?"
Brian looked at his foot, his expression complicated.
Sarah chuckled and knew that Antonio was quite nervous.
"Let's do this. Mommy will secretly open it for you tonight, so he won't see it."
Brian was about to say something else when Antonio came out of the kitchen carrying the food. "Wife, when did you guys come back? Have you eaten? Do you want to eat together?"
"We've already eaten. What did you make?" Sarah looked over. "Why is it so plain? There's not even a bit of meat."
"Brian got injured and can't eat too much greasy food. I searched online for some nutritional meals. Harper and the others have something else to eat, so don't worry."
Brian swallowed his saliva on the side. He really didn't need to resort to eating nutritious meals.
Brian frowned. "I want to eat meat too."
"Son, you have meat here too. It's just chicken legs, but it can satisfy your cravings." Antonio reached out and rubbed Brian's head, then lifted him onto the dining table. "Eat up."
Brian was a big fan of beef and didn't like chicken at all. "I protest. Why do Ethan and the others have beef?"
"Because you're injured now, so you need to eat what will help you heal faster. Chicken legs will do the trick."
"Then why don't you give me beef legs?"
"A beef leg is too big. Can you finish it all by yourself?" Antonio blinked and chuckled. "Plus, there's not much meat on the beef leg bones."
Brian glanced at Sarah, who was already laughing out loud, and could only sigh and give up resistance.
'Adults are really hard to deal with…'
Sarah laughed so hard that her stomach hurt a little. She never expected Brian's dynamic with Antonio to be so amusing. They were both like ice-cold mountains, but when they collided, they produced this kind of chemistry.
"You're laughing so much. Go back to your room and clean up." Brady patted Sarah's back.
"Okay, I'll go clean up." Sarah put the small cakes she bought on the table. "You can have dessert after you finish your meal. Mommy will go take a shower first."
Sarah left with a smile. Antonio was busy taking care of Brian, afraid that he might accidentally touch the almost-healed wound.
Brady sat alone on the sofa; his brows furrowed as he watched the attentive Antonio.
Later that night…
Rolling her eyes, Sarah picked up call from Antonio.
"Honey... I can't fall asleep..." he murmured.
