Chapter 567 Show Her Some Color

Ms. Moore's heart tightened, and she subconsciously glanced at the man driving next to her.

Harrington absentmindedly turned the steering wheel, completely unaware of her movements. His gaze remained fixed on the road ahead.

Ms. Moore's fingers twitched, and she bent down to pick up the photo.

She slightly leaned to the side and scrutinized it for a while.

Why were they together? And why did they take a photo?

Based on the scenery, it seemed to be at a racetrack.

Could it be that they had planned to meet today? Or was it just a chance encounter?

Regardless of why, they were standing too close to each other.

It's important to note that Benjamin despised people encroaching on his personal space.

Even Isabella herself only enjoyed the privilege of getting close to him because of the fake title of Fiancée.

However, Ms. Moore realized very well that Benjamin's patience with her was quite limited.

She felt extremely upset. She abruptly flipped the photo over, adjusted her emotions, and forced a smile as she turned to Benjamin, "Benjamin, who did you meet at the racetrack today?"

"Why do you ask?" Benjamin didn't turn his head and replied casually.

In his mind, meeting Sarah wasn't something he felt obligated to mention, and it wasn't necessary to inform Isabella about it.

"The contact person for the racetrack investment is also a shareholder there."

"Ah... I see."

Ms. Moore's smile became more and more forced, and she alternately tightened and loosened her grip on the photo.

No... she didn't know anything for sure right now. She couldn't easily jump to conclusions based on just one photo.

Perhaps it was simply a coincidence. Someone like Benjamin wouldn't stoop to lies or cross any boundaries.

Ms. Moore's mind was in turmoil, but she hadn't lost her composure yet.

She took a deep breath and carefully put the photo away.

And so, the two of them returned to the parking in silence.

After the engine was turned off, Benjamin suddenly thought of the feeling of racing on the race track earlier and found it a bit magical.
Despite suffering from a serious car accident and losing his memory as a result, this body seemed to have no resistance or fear towards driving.

Could it be because he lost his memory? Benjamin glanced at Isabella who was lost in her thoughts beside him, "We're here, get off the car." Lost in her own thoughts, Isabella subconsciously responded.

Benjamin opened the car door and walked out without waiting for Isabella, who he knew would catch up quickly. However, Isabella just watched his back and didn't move for a while.

She took out the photo she had put away earlier, unfolded the creases, took a glance, and felt even more upset. It wasn't until her gaze fell on the car's control panel that a sudden insight flashed through Isabella's mind.

Dashcam! Anxiously, Isabella quickly checked on the disc in the photo. The dashcam had been functioning normally, and the built-in hard drive was not small, so it should have recorded all the images from this period.
She urgently wanted to know where Benjamin had been and what he had been doing when he wasn't with her...whether he had been hiding something from her.

Isabella cautiously glanced in the direction of the elevator and noticed that Benjamin had disappeared. She quickly took the hard drive from the dashcam and put it in her bag, intending to take it home and watch it slowly. Benjamin was already waiting at the elevator door and pressed the floor button.

He turned around only after hearing the sound behind him and showed a hint of impatience, "Why are you so slow?" Isabella remained calm, but her hand holding the bag chain tightened unconsciously, "My clothes got caught in the car door just now, but I'm fine now." Benjamin nodded and didn't say anything more.

The elevator door opened, and Isabella followed him in. During the whole journey, they didn't communicate, and each returned to their own office after going upstairs.

Isabella locked the door as she entered, hurriedly took the laptop from the desk, and connected the hard drive.
She quickly exported the videos from the hard drive. Adjusting the playback speed, she watched the car's recorded data from the past few days, and then she discovered... Sarah's figure appeared in many of the scenes! Benjamin...how could this be?

The more Isabella watched, the more distressed she felt, and she angrily pressed down on the laptop.

She couldn't understand why Benjamin would be so cold towards her while making an exception for Sarah whom he had only known for a few days.

Could it be because she had done something wrong? Isabella's expression became dim, and there had never been a moment where she felt so down. Just as her emotions were about to hit rock bottom, her phone suddenly rang loudly, startling Isabella.

It took her a while to find it. It turned out to be Mr. Harold. She sniffled and tried to make herself feel better. Then she answered the call, "Mr. Harold...you are looking for me."

Mr. Harold's voice was as tender as ever, "It's been a while since I last called you. I happened to have some free time today, so I wanted to ask how things have been between you and Benjamin since you arrived there?"

Isabella paused for a moment, and the negative emotions that she had just suppressed resurfaced. "I thought we were doing fine, but recently Benjamin has been getting close to Sarah, the CEO of Valencia Inc... I don't know why, he didn't tell me anything."

She wasn't one to complain, but Mr. Harold was like a father figure to her, so it was hard for her not to feel wrong when he asked.

On the other end of the phone, Mr. Harold's deep eyes narrowed at the mention of Sarah. The expensive black leather case in his hand wrinkled slightly as his fingers tightened, but it quickly returned to its smooth state as he relaxed his grip, leaving no trace.

The kind expression on his well-maintained face disappeared, now replaced with a malicious look that made it hard to breathe, like a haze on a winter day. Mr. Harold's eyes gleamed with fierce determination, but his tone remained calm.

"It may not necessarily be a misunderstanding. It's not surprising for someone as capable as Benjamin to attract various women."

Isabella glanced at the hard drive of the dashcam. "Sarah... I don't think she's that kind of person."

"You never truly know someone's intentions." A derisive smile flashed across Mr. Harold's eyes. His voice had no fluctuation, sounding almost like he was advising a younger generation. "You need to show those women what you're capable of. It's your right."

"Only then will she realize that not just anyone can be by Benjamin's side, and only then can you defend your own happiness. Otherwise... if something truly happens between Sarah and Benjamin, it might be too late."
