Chapter 899 Direct Hit to the Vital Point
Ethan blinked, "I want to see too."
Harper wiped her eyes and reached out to pull her, "Yeah, Mommy, come with us to take a look. We all want to know what our little sister looks like."
Antonio knew they were trying to distract Sarah and said, "The doctor said a little walk would help with recovery. Sarah, I'll stay here and watch. Why don't you take the kids to see her? Kids, make sure to take good care of Mommy."
"Alright then." Sarah also felt she needed to adjust herself and took a deep breath, "Keep an eye on him."
She was worried Ryan might fall into a nightmare again and couldn't be left alone.
The nursery had transparent glass, but there were too many babies inside, so they couldn't see much from outside. They only had a rough idea of where the baby was.
Even so, the three kids were very happy, surrounding Sarah and praising their little sister, saying they had prepared all kinds of gifts for her.
Sarah looked at the tiny baby inside, her eyes welling up with warmth. That was her little daughter. She had another daughter now. Once she was out of the incubator, she would protect her every step of the way.
Their hearts softened and warmed at the sight of the baby. After a while, they held hands and returned to the ward together.
But as soon as they opened the door, besides Antonio, there were two other people inside.
Ethan exclaimed in disbelief, "Sofia, how did you get here?"
"Alex, Sofia!" Harper snapped out of it and ran straight over, being caught steadily by Sofia.
She kissed Harper on the cheek, "Because I missed you all."
Sarah almost cried with joy. She walked over and playfully slapped Sofia on the shoulder, "Who taught you this? Do you like these surprise attacks?"
Sofia gave her a tight hug, tears welling up in her eyes, "What? If I didn't come, were you planning to keep doing good deeds without leaving your name?"
She felt so lucky to have a friend like Sarah, who silently cleaned up the mess after she irresponsibly ran away from her wedding!
"Do we need to say these things between us?" Sarah truly didn't think it was a big deal. She glanced at Alex and said, "Seeing you two together is more important than anything."
Alex sincerely thanked her, "Sarah, thank you."
It was she who gave him the courage to chase after the wedding.
Sofia followed his words, feeling guilty, "It's all our fault, leaving all the trouble to you. We forgot you had so much going on at home and were pregnant. I..."
"Stop!" Sarah made a gesture in front of her, pretending to be stern, "Did you come all this way just to say these things?"
She didn't do it for their gratitude but because they were worth it.
Sofia laughed and cried, tears streaming down her face, letting Alex carefully wipe them away with a tissue.
"But I still have to say it. Without you, I wouldn't know what to do. I feel so lucky to have met you. I just..."
"That's enough, really enough!" Sarah couldn't take it and rubbed her arms, "I get it, okay?"
After saying that, they looked at each other and smiled. She added, "Me too."
In those tough days, if it weren't for Sofia by her side, she might not have made it through. Compared to their friendship, what did these things matter?
Sofia sniffled and gently pushed her to sit on the hospital bed, "Now that we're back, you, as a new mother, should rest and recover. We'll handle everything else."
They couldn't trouble Sarah any longer. The Harris Family's issues had to be faced by them.

Sarah was even more surprised, "Are you saying Virgil did this?"
When she went to Luminara earlier, she thought Virgil was quite nice and felt bad about her previous dislike for him. She didn't expect...
"Most likely, yes." Alex's voice was heavy, "The person I contacted found out that the victim's family received a large sum of money not long ago. A smile spread across Sarah's lips, "Alright, Eden it is. She will definitely love the name you gave her."
Antonio still had to come up with a formal name, so he had no objections.
The kids also laughed together, looking forward to officially meeting Eden soon.
