Chapter 842 Sleep with Me!

After all, Antonio truly regarded Francis as his own brother.

When Francis had his accident back then, Antonio's breakdown and guilt were all witnessed by her.

She unconsciously tightened her grip on Antonio's hand, "But what happened back then wasn't your fault. It was an accident that he got into that car, wasn't it? You can make it up to him, but don't blame yourself."

How painful it must have been for Antonio to live with such guilt all these years.

Moreover, everything Antonio had done over the years was for the Valencia Family!

He managed the Valencia Group so well and was so forgiving to Philip, who had hurt him. In the end, should everything be denied because of that incident?

But if Francis came back for revenge. Then kicking Antonio out of the Valencia Family wouldn't be impossible.

Then he wouldn't have any family left in the Harringtons Family either.

Thinking of this, Sarah felt an overwhelming heartache, a suffocating feeling that she couldn't find a way to release.

Antonio noticed what she was thinking and gently pinched her cheek, "Don't worry, I still have you all, don't I? As long as you and the kids are by my side, what more could I ask for?"

He meant every word he said.

After going through so much, wealth and power no longer mattered.

The most important thing now was to be with his wife and kids. The company and those conflicts were insignificant to Antonio.

"You're not worried at all." Sarah was on the verge of tears from heartache but held them back.

But he was right; as long as their family was together, nothing else mattered.

After all, they had money.

"But you still need to be careful. What if Francis does something drastic? It's best to find a chance to talk to him, at least to know what he really wants."

If it was just the company, then gave it to him.

Sarah didn't even dare to think about the other possibilities.

"Okay." Antonio pulled her into his arms, resting his chin on her forehead, "I'll find a chance to talk to him. I've also been looking into experts on leg paralysis. If we can cure Francis's legs, that would be the best outcome."

Listening to his deep voice, Sarah let out a muffled "hmm."

'Antonio, you fool. Francis is already out for revenge, and you are still thinking about curing his legs!' Sarah thought.

She didn't think it was wrong, just felt heartbroken for him.

Antonio was already so pitiful. Wouldn't making him sleep in the guest room make him seem even more unloved?

Sarah sniffled and pushed Antonio away a bit, "Go take a shower, don't wake the kids. You can sleep here tonight."

After saying that, she pushed him away and got into bed.

Antonio was stunned for a few seconds before realizing he got Sarah's permission to sleep in the room.

"Alright! Sarah, wait for me!"

Sarah watched Antonio dash into the bathroom and rolled her eyes, but couldn't help the smile that crept onto her face.

Antonio came out of the shower with just a towel around his waist. He looked at his muscular body in the mirror and narcissistically fixed his hair.

He touched his chest, feeling his heart almost leap out with excitement.

Finally, he could share a bed with Sarah again.

Antonio smirked at the mirror, opened the bathroom door, and when Sarah looked up from the bed, he puffed out his chest.

Honestly, Antonio looked like a peacock trying to impress a mate.

"Sarah..." Antonio lifted the blanket and moved closer. His cool scent filled the air, sending a tingling sensation through Sarah's veins.

She swallowed, "What are you doing?"

"What do you think? Hmm?" Antonio leaned in to kiss her, his firm muscles radiating heat, his seductive voice low and husky, "It's still early. How about we do something we both love?"

Just seeing the bed reminded him of Sarah's teasing that morning, saying he wasn't up to the task.

How could he let that slide?

Tonight, he had to reclaim his dignity!

Before Sarah could respond, Antonio's hands started to wander. The rough pads of his fingers made her shiver involuntarily. She suppressed her breath and said, "Take your hands off!"

Antonio refused, becoming even more daring.

He kissed her earlobe and whispered, "Tonight, I'll show you just how capable I am."

Sarah's eyelid twitched, and she suddenly kicked him off the bed, gritting her teeth, "Can you just sleep? Look at you, acting all sleazy!"

Antonio sat on the floor, stunned, unable to believe his ears.

In one day, Sarah had called him both "incapable" and "sleazy," two of the most unacceptable adjectives!

Antonio couldn't accept this for a while, but seeing that Sarah had already fallen asleep, he could only climb back into bed and hold her in his arms.

He was holding Sarah, after all. No matter how sleazy, Sarah wouldn't really despise him!

Comforting himself, Antonio lay on his side, burying his head in Sarah's neck, breathing in her familiar scent, and quickly fell asleep.

Early the next morning, the couple was awakened by the ringing phone.

Sarah mumbled groggily, "Who is it?"

Next to her, Antonio opened his eyes, a flash of confusion in his gaze. He patted her shoulder reassuringly and answered the phone, "Hello, who is this?"

"Is this Cynthia's family?"

Hearing this, Sarah immediately opened her eyes and took the phone, "Hello, I'm Cynthia's family. Who is this?"

"This is Unity Health Center." The nurse seemed to sigh in relief, "Cynthia has woken up. We've just done a check-up, and she's in good health. When would be convenient for you to come over?"

"I'm available anytime!" Sarah, eager to hear that Cynthia had woken up, interrupted, "We'll come over right now!"

"Alright."

After hanging up, the couple exchanged a joyful glance.

Sarah quickly got out of bed, pulling Antonio along, "Hurry up, after all this time, Cynthia is finally awake. Do you think she's better now? I wonder if she still recognizes me."

Listening to her rambling, Antonio helped her get dressed and said, "Don't worry, we'll know once we get there."

The sky outside was still dark, but a deep blue hue was visible in the distance, with scattered stars still hanging in the sky, indicating it would be a good day.

Half an hour later, the car stopped in the Unity Health Center parking lot.

Antonio held Sarah's hand as they walked to the ward, feeling her nervousness. "Don't be afraid. You know Cynthia is a kind-hearted person. She'll be happy to see you, especially since you saved her."
