Chapter 215 The Rescued Person Turns Out to Be Him...

Seeing Sarah being quiet, Yannick stopped pretending. He bravely waved his greasy hand in a grand gesture, leaning towards her as if convinced that she would agree to him.

Sarah was shocked and quickly pushed Yannick away. "Yannick, please control yourself!"

Yannick was caught off guard. His arm hit the edge of the table, and his face instantly darkened.

"Woman! Don't think I'd be interested in you if it weren't for your looks! Do you really think you can match up to me?!" He glared fiercely at Sarah, preparing to grab her and teach her a lesson.

Fearful, Sarah retreated while trying to avoid his clutches.

Just as she thought she couldn't escape, her back suddenly collided with a burning chest.

Meanwhile, Antonio had bent Yannick's arm.

Inside the private room, Yannick let out a blood-curdling scream.

"You dare touch my woman?"

Antonio's eyes burst with an astonishing fierceness, scaring Yannick to the point where his legs trembled.

"Mr. Valencia! I was wrong! I'm sorry, I had no idea she was your woman..."

Sarah reacting by saying, "So, just because I'm an ordinary employee, you think you can harass me?"

Yannick felt Antonio's gaze penetrate his very soul. Knowing he couldn't afford to offend Sarah anymore, he immediately became meek and repeatedly apologized.

"Get lost! There's no need to discuss this collaboration any further."

With a single sentence, Antonio handed down a death sentence to Yannick.

Though unwilling deep down, Yannick dared not speak further and left in a dejected manner.

Once Yannick had gone, Sarah finally let out a sigh of relief.

Remembering how Yannick had touched her hand, she felt a wave of disgust and quickly greeted Antonio before heading to the restroom.

As she was coming out of the restroom, she saw a middle-aged man exiting the adjacent men's restroom.

The middle-aged man had barely taken a few steps when he suddenly clutched his chest and collapsed against the wall, a pained expression on his face. Desperately, he frantically searched his body with one hand as if looking for something.

"Medicine... Pocket..."

Though his words were fragmented, Sarah understood.

She hurried over to support the middle-aged man and helped him retrieve the medicine from his clothes, administering it to him.

After taking the medicine, the middle-aged man gradually regained his composure.

"Are you okay? Shall I call an ambulance for you?"

Sarah supported him with concern, preparing to take out her phone and dial for help.

The middle-aged man held her hand gently, weakly looking at her.

"I'm fine, thank you, dear. It's just an old ailment of mine. No need to go to the hospital. Thanks to you, I had the medicine..."

The middle-aged man let out a sigh of relief while expressing his gratitude, attempting to stand on his own.

"As long as you're okay, take it slow."

Seeing that he seemed to have recovered, Sarah's expression relaxed slightly as she helped the middle-aged man stand upright.

"Thank you, you’re my savior."

Holding her hand solemnly, he thanked her. Sarah's clear and appreciative eyes, accompanied by a kind smile, made him develop a certain fondness for her.

"Sir, it was my pleasure. Don't worry about it," Sarah quickly replied.

Shaking his head, the middle-aged man asked, "What's your name? I must properly thank you for this."

With a smile radiating warmth, the man looked at Sarah, deepening his affection for this kind-hearted woman, resembling an elder figure.

"Sir, my name is Sarah. But there's no need for thanks; as long as you're okay..." Sarah's words weren't finished when she heard urgent shouts in the distance.

"Dad! Are you okay? You didn't come back; you scared me. What happened?"

Accompanied by a clear voice, a familiar figure hurriedly ran over.

Serene reached out to support her father anxiously, wearing an expression of worry on her face.

The middle-aged man, named Jerrett, patted Serene's hand, his eyes filled with affection. "Dad is fine. He almost had an episode, but this young lady, Sarah, saved me. We must show our gratitude to her."

With joy, he pulled Serene along, eager to introduce Sarah as their savior.

Hearing the familiar name, Serene suddenly froze, belatedly noticing Sarah's presence.

She turned her head and, upon seeing the person clearly, felt a tautness throughout her body and an unexplainable nervousness.

How could it be her?!...

Jerrett didn't notice Serene's abnormal reaction and continued expressing his gratitude.

Sarah also realized that the elderly man she had saved was Serene's father.

She immediately withdrew her slightly surprised gaze, embarrassedly waved her hand, and prepared to take her leave.

The atmosphere suddenly became tense.

Jerrett noticed Sarah's change in expression and looked at the two of them with some confusion. "Sarah, do you know my daughter?"

Serene immediately tugged at Jerrett's sleeve and whispered at his side, "Dad, she's Antonio's wife, Sarah..."
