Chapter 358 Antonio, I Found You!

The driver hesitated; it was evident that this couple was quarreling over a domestic matter, and he really didn't want to get involved.

"I'll give you money." Antonio immediately took out all the money from his wallet. "If you think it's not enough, give me an account number, and I'll give you as much as you need."

The taxi company director chimed in, "He's the CEO of Valencia Inc. You know what that means. Hurry up and spill the details."

The driver didn't know Antonio but was familiar with Valencia Inc.

Upon hearing this, he quickly disclosed Sarah's whereabouts to Antonio.

"They went to Century Garden. If I remember correctly, it's the quite luxurious villa in the middle."

Antonio was momentarily stunned. How could Sarah possibly be in Century Garden?

Antonio was well aware of the place since he owned several villas there, too. He couldn't comprehend how Sarah could be living there.

"Thank you." Antonio expressed his gratitude and promptly left.

What exactly was going on?

Neither Alex nor Michael could afford a house in Century Garden, given their estimated worth.

Furthermore, Sarah's friends couldn't possibly live there either.

Who had she sought refuge with?

Antonio didn't go straight to Century Garden; instead, he headed to the real estate bureau and searched through the properties in the approximate location the driver had mentioned.

When he finally managed to track down the owner’s name of that villa, Antonio was at a loss for words.

"You're saying this villa belongs to Sarah?" Antonio couldn't believe what was written on the information sheet in front of him.

"That's right. The ownership was transferred yesterday, and all the information is right here," the staff member confirmed.

Antonio furrowed his brow. "Who was the previous owner?"

"An Allen. Based on the name, it seems to be a foreigner, and the property was indeed purchased overseas."

Allen?

Antonio inexplicably felt familiar with this name, as if he had seen it somewhere before.

Sitting in the car, Antonio looked at the printed information sheet containing Sarah's signature. It was indeed her handwriting.

She had just left home yesterday, and now this villa was under her name.

Who exactly was this Allen?

Antonio stared fixedly at the name on the information sheet; he was increasingly certain that he had seen that handwritten signature somewhere.

Suddenly, he seemed to recall something and slammed his foot on the accelerator, speeding towards the company...

"Sir, what are you looking for?"

The assistant looked astonished as Antonio stormed into the office and started rummaging through various documents in the cabinets.

Antonio didn't say a word. He sifted through different contracts until he finally found the one he was looking for hidden in a corner of the cabinet.

It wasn't a formal signing document but an intention letter, although the deal hadn't materialized.

"So, it was true." Antonio looked at the contract, his gaze growing increasingly dangerous.

"Sir, are you still considering negotiating with this multinational corporation?" the assistant asked cautiously.

The company had devoted itself to this project from the start, and they had been busy for nearly a month. But, for some unknown reason, there was an issue with the piece of land in the end.

Valencia Inc. had no choice but to abandon the project. Despite receiving some compensation, they hadn't recouped the efforts and costs invested that month. Antonio subsequently ordered that they never collaborate with this company again.

And yet, there it was today. The letter of intent resurfaced.

"You may leave first." Antonio waved his hand, dismissing his assistant.

The assistant, not daring to ask any further, quickly left and closed the door.

"Allen... it's indeed you."

Allen was the CEO of the company where Alex worked, a man who had inexplicably shown kindness to Sarah and her children.
