Chapter 663 So Beautiful That Words Fail
Isabella was trying on these big, fancy wedding dresses, and each one made her look super elegant.
"Wow, Mrs. Harrington, you look amazing in these dresses!"
"Absolutely!"
The attendants were totally smitten.
"Honestly, no one else could rock these designs like you do. They seem made just for you!"
Isabella beamed at their praise, loving the title "Mrs. Harrington."
She always appreciated people who knew how to flatter.
"But isn't this a bit too much?" Isabella asked, looking at herself in the mirror, the diamonds on the skirt sparkling. "Will it steal the show?"
She loved the dress, but worried it might outshine her.
"No way!" The store manager said confidently, eyes gleaming. "Add a precious necklace, and you'll be the most beautiful woman in the city!"
"Absolutely," an attendant said and nodded in agreement.
The attendant clasped her hands. "You look stunning!"
"How about we try a makeup look too?" The store manager suggested, lowering her voice. "Mr. Harrington is next door, right? We could capture his first reaction when he sees you!"
Isabella felt a thrill of excitement. "Can we do that?"
"Of course, it's very popular now. Brides love seeing their partner's reaction when they first see them in the dress! You can even play the video at the wedding; it's wonderful," suggested the store manager.
Isabella was intrigued.
Would Benjamin be surprised to see her in white?
She was curious.
The store manager and the attendant exchanged a look, and the attendant asked, "What do you think?"
Isabella nodded eagerly. "Sure, let's do it quickly."
They worked fast, and within half an hour, Isabella was transformed into a bride.
"Take a look, are you happy with it?"
Isabella looked in the mirror, smiling.
No words needed, the store manager knew this special guest was satisfied and felt relieved.
"Alright, Mrs. Harrington, you're ready to meet Mr. Harrington now."
The attendant with the camera followed her immediately.
Benjamin had overheard everything, his face dark with mockery, which vanished when he heard footsteps behind him.
No matter how annoyed he was, he had to hide it for now.
Isabella walked up to him, gently patting his shoulder.
"Benjamin..." she called out in a gentle voice.
Benjamin turned around, seeing her shy, sparkling look, as if she was draped in jewels.
All that glitz, but empty inside.
His eyes were unreadable, and he stayed silent.
Isabella knew Benjamin never said sweet things. Just staring at her like this was his way of approving!
Her cheeks flushed. "Benjamin, want to try on your suit?"
She secretly hoped he'd change too, so they could take more photos.
Attendants gathered around, showering them with praise.
"Mr. and Mrs. Harrington, you look perfect together!"
"Absolutely perfect!"
Isabella turned to the store manager. "Oh, remember to send me this video later. I want to show it to my dad."
Benjamin raised an eyebrow.
Did she just say, dad?
Isabella was adopted by Harold, so she must mean him.
Benjamin sneered inside; Isabella was good at playing her role!
She really thought she was the Harrington daughter-in-law!
Benjamin felt bored.
All this time, his mind was on Sarah!
Even talking to Isabella, he wondered what Sarah would look like in a wedding dress.
But here he was, with Isabella.
A woman who had hurt him.
Benjamin's patience had run thin, and he didn't want to stay a second longer.
He was about to leave when he saw Sarah walk in.
It was Sarah!
Why was she here?
Benjamin's face lit up with surprise, his impatience melting into tenderness.
Everyone was focused on Isabella and didn't notice Sarah entering.
The store manager saw Benjamin's change in expression and smiled, complimenting Isabella, "Mrs. Harrington, Mr. Harrington might have been shy. Look at him now, he's speechless because of how beautiful you are!"
