Chapter 259 Mr. Valencia Descends from the Sky

The shareholders who were originally at odds with Antonio expressed their views candidly.

"Our loyalty lies with Valencia Inc., not individuals. As long as it benefits the company, we have no objections!"

As one person spoke, others followed suit, and soon, the majority of the shareholders indicated their support for Lucien to reclaim Antonio's shares.

Lucien nodded in satisfaction.

"In that case, please hand over the contract for Antonio's shares and all the documents related to Valencia Inc.," Lucien said with confidence, sitting in the main seat.

James, who had been promoted to a manager after becoming Antonio's assistant, was one of the most loyal supporters of Antonio. After Antonio went missing, James locked all his belongings in the office, prohibiting anyone from entering.

"May I ask, Mr. Valencia Sr., in what capacity are you reclaiming Mr. Valencia's shares?" an elderly shareholder asked.

"I am his grandfather. With his current uncertain fate, don't I have the right to handle his matters after he's gone?" Lucien clenched his cane, his face turning grim.

James felt a sense of fear, but for Antonio's sake, he gathered his courage. "You said it yourself, Mr. Valencia Sr. He is only missing. Do you have the right to make decisions on his behalf? Since I have been entrusted with the authority, I will not hand over anything without his command."

"James, don't test my patience!" Lucien's voice hadn't even settled when a dozen brawny men stormed into the meeting room.

They brandished electric batons and other weapons, making the crowded room nearly impassable. Two men forcibly held James and pressed his head onto the table, rendering him helpless. It seemed that Lucien had come prepared!

James even began to suspect whether Lucien had a hand in Antonio's disappearance, all for the sake of his shares?!

"Surrender the items, and I might spare your life," Lucien said icily, his gaze unfaltering. His nonchalant tone gave off an eerie sense of tranquility, causing everyone present to shudder.

James was unable to move due to being restrained. The key to Antonio's office was on him, and these men would eventually confiscate it even if he refused to hand it over.

At that point, he would have no options left...

If he couldn't even safeguard Antonio's belongings, he would truly prove himself unworthy of the years of trust and nurturing Antonio had given him!

'Mr. Valencia, where on earth are you? Please come back soon!'

Seeing that James remained silent, Lucien lost his patience and gave a signal to his men.

His subordinates understood and approached James, searching him for the key.

"Mr. Valencia Sr., this is robbery!"

"I'm simply organizing the belongings of my deceased grandson. It is you who are being suspicious by holding onto them," replied Lucien with a smirk, clutching the key in his hand.

With the key in his possession, Lucien smiled faintly and started to head towards Antonio's office.

"Stop right there!"

James tried to chase after them, but a large man punched him in the stomach, rendering him immobile.

Lucien's eyes showed contempt. 'How loyal this dead man is!'

He couldn't decide whether to praise his integrity or call him foolish.

Just then, the sound of helicopter blades resounded from the rooftop outside the conference room.

Everyone turned to look in astonishment!

They watched as a helicopter descended slowly. As it touched down, the cabin door swung open.

Antonio, tall and stern, stepped out from the cabin door. Behind him followed an elegant woman, holding two children who bore a striking resemblance to him.

Who else could it be if not Antonio's family of four?
