Chapter 651 Do Not Be Disrespectful to Father
He looked up at Brian before him and realized that his demeanor was vastly different from Ethan's.
He frowned, asking, "You are not Ethan?"
Brian, though reluctant to engage, still replied, "No."
Benjamin's brow furrowed deeper, as if he couldn't quite understand.
At this moment, Sarah had to make an introduction. "This is my eldest son, Brian, Ethan's brother. They look exactly alike."
Benjamin was genuinely shocked and remained silent for a while.
His Adam's apple bobbed up and down.
So, Sarah and Antonio actually had three children, with another one on the way.
Benjamin suddenly felt very jealous.
Antonio was truly fortunate, genuinely in love with Sarah, with four children, a complete family. His life was truly enviable.
No man could refuse it.
At least Benjamin couldn't. Although he wasn't particularly fond of kids, if they were Sarah's, it would be a different matter.
If he were the one to have such a family with her, he would be very happy.
Brian had been listening to their conversation and gradually felt something was off.
'What is this bad guy thinking?' He thought.
Brian immediately stood up, took two steps to the side, and positioned himself in front of Sarah, blocking Benjamin's view and giving him a serious, suspicious look.
Although he was also surprised at how much Benjamin resembled Antonio when he first saw him, Sarah had already explained that Antonio was truly gone.
Everything this man who looked like Antonio did was bullying Sarah.
It was really going too far.
Brian suddenly felt that it was not enough to deal with Benjamin in an adult manner.
After all, he was still a child and could use a child's way.
The more Brian thought about it, the angrier he became. So he picked up the water cup beside him and directly splashed it on Benjamin's face.
His sudden action startled Sarah.
"Brian! Sorry, Mr. Harrington. He is being naughty..." She didn't know what to say and quickly handed over some tissues.
Without warning, Benjamin was splashed with water and started coughing violently, but he didn't want to lose his dignity in front of his loved one, so he clumsily wiped the water off his face with the tissues.
At this moment, an intern doctor happened to pass by the door. She heard the coughing and walked in. "Why are you coughing so severely all of a sudden? Let me check."
As she approached, she saw the water on Benjamin's clothes. "Why are your clothes wet?"
The intern doctor didn't know them.
She just came in and realized that this family of three was very good-looking. The child was extremely cute, with features and a face shape that resembled both parents.
Benjamin said nothing, his expression calm as he cooperated with the examination.
The doctor had just turned her gaze when she saw Brian's icy gaze directed at the patient with anger.
It seemed there was significant conflict between this child and his father.
She couldn't help but educate Brian. "Sweetie, you mustn't be disrespectful to your father. You shouldn't splash water on him; he's still a patient and very weak."
It was surprising to see such a well-behaved child turn out to be so mischievous .
Sarah stood to the side, holding her forehead in exasperation.
However, it was understandable for the doctor to misunderstand, given that Benjamin and Antonio looked exactly alike. The fact was that Brian and Ethan indeed resembled Antonio.
Benjamin's gaze fell on Brian, and he suddenly thought he saw a bit of himself in the boy.
Or was this just a figment of his imagination?
Even this female doctor thought they were a family.
So, the chances of Brian being his son seemed quite high.
Brian, however, was grinding his teeth in anger at the doctor's words.
He thought, 'My father? Benjamin is unworthy.'
Brian narrowed his eyes. "If you don't want to be fired, please leave now."
The intern doctor's face scrunched up. She had initially thought this family was quite good-looking, but this child's temper was terrible. Hadn't his parents taught him well?
She turned to look at Sarah, then at the delicate Benjamin on the bed, and said, "I'm just teaching you basic manners."
Seeing that Brian was about to lose his temper again, Sarah quickly pulled him to her side.
"Thank you, doctor. You can leave now"
If the doctor continued, Brian might really go to the hospital director, and even she, as his mother, might find it hard to control him.
After all, Brian's connections were far beyond her imagination.
Realizing that the parent had issued a dismissal, the intern doctor didn't stay to make a fool of herself, though she left with a sour expression.
Once she had exited the room, Sarah sighed and turned around.
"Mr. Harrington, Brian was indeed a bit rude. I apologize on his behalf."
As she spoke, she pressed Brian's shoulder, successfully stopping him from saying anything further.
She knew Brian was angry because of her, but his actions were indeed inappropriate.
Benjamin didn't show any signs of rage at all; in fact, he had a slight smile, his gaze shifting between Sarah and Brian. "It's alright, I know he was just joking with me."
Brian clenched his small fists. 'Wishful thinking! I'm not joking!'
Seeing that Benjamin wasn't angry, Sarah felt relieved and thought she needed to find an excuse to take Brian away quickly.
But Benjamin suddenly noticed his name Brain and kept it in mind.
His eyebrows arched slightly as he thought of something, and he directly met Brian's gaze, scrutinizing him. "Your name is Brian, so what is your connection to BrianTech Solutions Inc?"
