"No, Asa, you're overthinking it. I really am just too busy. I just started at the company, and there's a lot I still need to learn."
She quickly brushed off Asa's speculation, not wanting to involve him in their relationship.
Asa stared at her in silence, as if he could see through her eyes.
"Sarah, it's disrespectful for him to limit your friendships. We're just ordinary friends, it shouldn't be like this."
He said, slightly annoyed, as if he was defending her.
After hearing his words, a sense of frustration welled up in Sarah's heart.
She herself didn't quite understand why Antonio reacted so strongly to her and Asa.
For her, they really were just ordinary friends, their interactions were nothing significant. What she cared about more was why Antonio couldn't trust her...

She pointed to the time on her phone and looked at him apologetically.

Asa also knew that if he kept talking, it might lead to dangerous territory, so he simply agreed with Sarah's words and left.

Seeing Asa leave, Sarah let out a sigh of relief.

Sarah naturally walked towards James, her brows furrowed. After hesitating for a moment, she spoke, "You heard everything just now, right?"
"Yeah, Mr. Donat..." James wanted to say that Asa's words were somewhat divisive, but he also knew that Sarah and Asa were friends, so he didn't say anything.
"I know, I'll keep my distance from him in the future. I don't want Antonio to be bothered by this anymore. Can you promise me not to tell him?" Sarah pleaded with a heavy expression.
After hesitating for a moment, James nodded when he saw Sarah's face filled with heaviness and sadness.
Not long after, Antonio's meeting also ended, and after finishing work, he took Sarah to pick up the three little ones from school.
When the three little ones saw them, they immediately ran over. The family stood together, creating a beautiful scene, accompanied by the luxurious car behind them. People around couldn't help but show envy in their eyes.
"Daddy, Mommy, why did you finish work so early today?" Harper affectionately rubbed against Sarah and Antonio, her tender mouth curved into a smile, looking extremely happy. Ryan looked at the happy family and couldn't help but reveal a smile of happiness as well.
Ethan also looked, concealing the joy in his eyes with long eyelashes, his thin lips lightly pursed.
"Of course, we came specifically to pick you up." Sarah lovingly lifted Harper, and the previous sense of annoyance instantly disappeared the moment she saw her child.
Harper faintly sensed something unusual in Sarah's eyes, her gaze shifting quickly.
"Mommy, since you finished work early today, can you take us to watch a movie? I heard other kids saying that the movies currently showing are really good, I want to watch too..." She pouted and snuggled into Sarah's arms, gently biting her lower lip, looking somewhat petulant.
Sarah's heart softened instantly.
Since she had to take care of three children, the time she spent with them was already limited. She didn't have the company of parents when she was young and naturally didn't want her children to experience that kind of loneliness.
She glanced at Antonio and was about to ask if he had time to go together.
"Let's go, we'll go together. Daddy will buy the tickets." Antonio gave her a reassuring look and gently touched Harper's head.
"Yay! Ryan, Ethan, we can go watch a movie!" Harper, excited that Antonio agreed, immediately broke free from Sarah's embrace and raised her hands to high-five her two brothers.
On the way, Antonio called James and confirmed that there was a movie theater owned by the Valencia family nearby. They followed the route and headed there.
At the movie theater, Sarah protected the three little ones in front of her, while Antonio walked by her side.
They rode the elevator all the way up to the fifth floor. Onlookers glancing at the family could see that Antionio possessed finely chiseled features, and his cold eyes exuded an air of noble elegance that kept others at a distance. Sarah had a slender waist and kept up with him with graceful steps, holding the hands of three adorable children. Her every frown and smile was captivating.
As soon as the family entered the lobby of the movie theater, they attracted the attention of the crowd. "Daddy, let's go and buy tickets!" Harper exclaimed.
Upon arriving at the theater, Harper hurriedly pulled Antonio along, trying to conceal her own amused smile. She was determined to secure a good spot so that the atmosphere for her parents would soar during the movie.
When Ethan saw them heading to buy tickets, he called Ryan to go and get some cola and popcorn. Sarah waited by the queue, keeping an eye on the two little ones.
Amidst the bustling crowd, Sarah was watching for Harper and the others to return when a child accidentally bumped into her. She stumbled but managed to regain her balance as someone caught her arm.
"Are you alright?" The one who supported her was a teenage boy.
