Chapter 611 She Left

His strong arms tightened, leaving no room for Sarah to struggle.

She was trapped in Benjamin's arms, only able to dodge and shout, "Let go of me! Benjamin, I'll call for help!"

Benjamin had already taken the room key card from her pocket and opened the door directly.

The room was quiet. He pulled Sarah into it and leaned against the door with his back.

"Sarah!" he said lightly.

Benjamin embraced her in a daze, feeling that she was really small and completely held in his arms. In fact, he did just that, gently carrying her to the bed.

Sarah immediately struggled to sit up, her eyes red.

"Benjamin!" she shouted in anger, "Are you really crazy?"

"Yes, I am." Benjamin breathed heavily, grabbed her ankle, and pulled it down. He lowered his head, and his lips landed on her face, "For you, I'm willing to be crazy."

His feelings for Sarah had been there from the beginning. He just refused to admit it, always ignoring that extraordinary feeling.

When faced with other women, he could refuse them without much thought. But when faced with Sarah, he had to consider it repeatedly and force himself to endure.

She was stunned, then said, "Benjamin, are you out of your mind? Look clearly! I'm not your fiancée!"

Sarah found it unbelievable. Benjamin was acting absurdly! Her heart was pounding violently, sweat beading on her forehead from the struggle, and her hair sticking to her face in disarray—a kind of beautiful mess.

"I know you're not." Benjamin pinched her chin with one hand, his eyes reflecting the clear image of her face as he said, "You are Sarah."

With that, he leaned in and kissed her cherry lips.

Sarah's pupils shrank suddenly, instinctively trying to avoid it. But Benjamin held her chin tightly, and she couldn't move at all.

Benjamin finally kissed her as he wished. And it was as sweet and delicious as he had imagined. He was no longer satisfied with simple touches, deepening the kiss, gradually losing himself in it.

Sarah's eyes widened, tears of anger welling up at the corners of her eyes.

He... he actually dared!

Madman! Pervert!

Sarah was furious and suddenly bit down fiercely!

Benjamin winced in pain and let go, but his hands still restrained her on both sides.

"Are you really insane!" Sarah gasped heavily, then she shouted while protecting her stomach carefully to avoid the pressure of his weight on her. Her eyes looked like angry lionesses. "If you're sick, go see a doctor! Don't just grab anyone and act recklessly! Get out of my room!"

She seized the opportunity to kick and punch, wanting Benjamin to leave quickly and stop his madness!

Benjamin endured her anger but didn't back off. He gritted his teeth, blood oozing from his lips, making him look like a vampire, wild and alluring.

What was Sarah hesitating about?

Did she really have no feelings for him?

Impossible!

Then why did she repeatedly reject him? Was she disgusted by him?

Due to the effects of the drug, a surge of anger rose in Benjamin's heart, intertwining with his emotions, gradually losing his rationality.

His chest heaved violently, he grabbed Sarah's wrist tightly, and without restraint, he said, "You approached me in the first place because I look like your husband, wanting to seduce me. Now you pretend to be innocent! I'm willing to sleep with you, but you refuse!"

His face, clouded with confusion, was full of sarcasm, "You should feel honored!"

Sarah couldn't take it anymore and slapped him hard across the face.

Instantly, Benjamin's face showed a clear five-finger mark with a hint of swelling.

Benjamin was stunned. That slap was like a wake-up call, clearing his muddled mind a bit. What he said just now seemed indeed a bit too much.

Ultimately, it was because Sarah had been resisting him that he said things he shouldn't have!

Perhaps he was angrier with himself. He couldn't figure out why he had such different feelings for Sarah; even his body reacted differently to her, like an obsession!

"Get out!" Sarah's voice trembled with anger. She grabbed her phone from the side, shaking, and shouted, "If you don't leave now, I'll call the police!"

Benjamin was like a mad dog now! She didn't want to say another word to him.

And she was scared, not realizing she was huddled at the head of the bed, trembling.

Benjamin watched her actions, narrowed his eyes, and grabbed a handful of hair in frustration.

He could see she was afraid of him!

He hated that feeling!

Benjamin gritted his teeth and called her name, "Sarah."

The name almost squeezed out from between his teeth, carrying a menacing tone, "This isn't over, between you and me! Remember, you provoked me first!"

With that, he got off the bed, picked up his shirt from the floor, and quickly left with floating steps.

As if one second slower, he wouldn't be able to control himself.

Sarah trembled, hearing the door close and Benjamin's footsteps fading away. Only then did she relax. She sat on the bed, tears uncontrollably streaming down her cheeks.

How did things turn out like this?

She had just promised Isabella that she would keep her distance from Benjamin. Thinking of Benjamin's crazy state just now and the words he said when he left, a sense of despair slowly emerged in her heart.

Yes, it was her fault; she shouldn't have provoked Benjamin.

Benjamin left her room and went straight to the front desk, booking another room. He filled the bathtub with cold water, not even taking off his clothes, and immersed himself.

The instant cold finally calmed his originally fiery heart. He gazed at the ceiling, his eyes as deep as the night.

But in that still fiery heart, there was still only one name that it yearned for.

The next morning, the sun was shining brightly.

Benjamin had finally made it through the night without sleep, showing signs of weakness on his face. But that was not enough to make him stop working.

He called Daniel to bring him a new suit, got ready, and happened to meet Mr. Thompson's secretary, who greeted him first, "Good morning, Mr. Harrington. Breakfast is ready. You can go and have it now, and then you can leave with Mr. Thompson."

Benjamin answered, "Good morning, Mr. Joshua."

Benjamin adjusted his cuffs, suddenly pausing. "Are you saying it's just Mr. Thompson and me?"

Wasn't Sarah coming?

"Yes," Mr. Joshua replied, realizing the meaning of his words, "Oh, yes. Ms. Miller left early this morning with her staff, so it's just us now."
