Chapter 576 Sarah, Get Over It

Benjamin's negative emotions had reached a critical point, like a long-gathering volcano that could erupt at any moment.

But before he could say anything, the sound of high heels approached closer and stopped beside them.

"Benjamin, Miss Miller?" Isabella Moore's voice was heard, causing Sarah to freeze for a moment.

Isabella Moore?

Benjamin's eyebrows slightly furrowed as he stood tall, hands in his pockets, and said coldly, "What are you doing here?"

"I was passing by and saw that it looked like your car, so I thought I'd come in and take a look." Isabella Moore's face remained unchanged, with a faint smile, "I didn't expect it really was you. What a coincidence."

But unseen by others, Isabella Moore tightly held her hands together.

She never expected that Benjamin was actually with Sarah!

After their group left Jerretts and the car had only driven halfway, Benjamin suddenly told the driver to stop, claiming that there was an urgent matter to attend to.

He then drove off alone in a bodyguard car.

Isabella Moore couldn't help but feel that something was off, maybe it was a woman's intuition, and she speculated in her mind. Did Benjamin go back to find Miss Miller?

She quickly had someone check the location of the car and followed them.

In truth, Isabella Moore didn't have any specific plans; she just wanted to confirm it.

But unexpectedly, her unfounded suspicion turned out to be true.

Isabella Moore didn't know why these two people were in prison, and she didn't want to know.

She just saw them being intimate earlier, which immediately gave her a sense of crisis and an uncomfortable feeling of being ignored. However, these feelings could only be suppressed and not spoken out.

In fact, Isabella Moore understood in her heart that Benjamin had no feelings for her. She could deceive him, but she couldn't deceive herself.

Perhaps Benjamin couldn't deceive for much longer, either.

Thinking like this, a hint of unconcealed loneliness flashed across Isabella Moore's face.

Sarah stood by the door, her gaze shifting between the two of them, feeling an inexplicable awkwardness in the atmosphere.
She did not want Benjamin's fiancee to misunderstand her relationship with Benjamin, so she quickly explained, "Miss Moore, it seems that Mr. Harrington and I have a spiritual connection. That's why I can always find him wherever he is. I came here today to take care of some business, and I want to thank Mr. Harrington for not minding the trouble. But we just happened to meet on the street, and he helped me out and gave me a ride."

This explanation sort of clarified why they were together.

Benjamin glanced at Sarah displeasingly and asked, "Are you done with your business?"

His tone was still sour.

"Yes." Sarah shifted her gaze somewhere else, "Everything has been cleared up. I'll go say hello, and if you two are busy, please go back. Thank you for your help today, Mr. Harrington. I'll come and thank you in person another day."

But Benjamin said indifferently, "Your car isn't here. How do you plan on leaving?"

Sarah choked.

Isabella Moore spoke up in a timely manner, "It's alright, I don't have anything urgent to attend to anyway. Miss Miller, you go ahead, and we'll give you a ride back to get your car later."

With that said, Sarah could only smile, thanking them again.

Afterward, she turned around and went back.

Benjamin's deep gaze stayed on her all this time, but his serene eyes didn't reveal any emotions.

Isabella Moore stood next to him, observing his gaze and feeling increasingly uncomfortable.

Not long after, Sarah came out from inside.

Benjamin gave her a meaningful look and walked ahead.

Isabella Moore and Sarah followed behind. Suddenly, as if she remembered something, Isabella Moore asked, "By the way, it seemed like you weren't feeling well just now. Are you feeling better now?"

Sarah's heart skipped a beat. Was Isabella Moore implying that… she saw Benjamin patting her back earlier?

Suddenly, Sarah felt uneasy and guilty.

She didn't know if Isabella Moore knew that Benjamin looked exactly like Antonio.

If she did, what would she think of Sarah?

Sympathy? or caution?

Sarah's mood suddenly sank.

Maybe she really shouldn't have much contact with this man anymore.

But what if he really was Antonio and just lost his memory?

Once again, she couldn't help but think of this heavy topic. Sarah sighed, trying to sound normal, "I'm much better now, thanks for asking."

However, Isabella Moore suddenly suggested, "Since Miss Miller's business is done too, it's better to seize the opportunity. How about we have a meal together?"

After saying that, she seemed to think she had made a good suggestion, and she took a few steps forward to hold Benjamin's arm, "What do you think, Benjamin? It's lunchtime now."

"No need."
Sarah felt awkward, but the two figures in front of her didn't turn around, so she couldn't approach them.
Benjamin continued walking without stopping or looking back at the woman behind him, his voice deep, "It's up to you."
To others, it sounded like the compromise of intimate lovers.
Sarah was initially afraid that Isabella Moore would misunderstand, but she didn't expect her to be so generous and understanding without any misunderstanding. No wonder Benjamin would compromise for her. They indeed looked very compatible.
But what if... what if this man is really Antonio?
The thought pained Sarah so much that she couldn't breathe.
She couldn't think about it anymore.
