Chapter 506 We Have a Plan!
Antonio was still in his sleep when he was suddenly kicked onto the floor. He looked around in confusion, having no idea what had just happened.
"Bastard!"
With a roar, Antonio was greeted with a pillow to his face.
The pillow hit him hard, causing his nose to ache.
"Sarah, what happened?"
"What happened?" Sarah, with an angry look on her face, retorted, "Who gave you the permission to sleep on the same bed as me? Taking advantage of the situation, huh? What kind of man are you?!"
Antonio finally understood what had happened. He stood up from the floor and dusted himself off.
"Sarah, about last night..." Antonio sighed, "I was wrong. I shouldn't have slept holding you, but can we call a truce for now? We have important things to do today."
Sarah turned her head away, not looking at him as she scoffed, "What important things could you possibly have to do?"
Antonio sighed, "Sarah, didn't we agree to find the evidence together?"
Sarah blinked, "What do you mean? Do you have a plan? Are you going to help me now?"
"It's to help us." Antonio decisively stated. He looked at Sarah, his eyes slightly squinted as his body radiated a strong sense of anger, "Serene has orchestrated so many things; she must pay the price!"
Sarah pursed her lips. Indeed, they should now unite against Serene.
Who knows what secrets Serene still had that she hadn't made public? They couldn't let her continue to act recklessly!
At this moment, Sarah's phone rang. It was Brian.
"Good morning, Mommy, are you up yet?"
Sarah asked worriedly, "I'm up. It's still night over there, right? Why are you calling? Did something happen?"
Brian's tone was very relaxed, "What could go wrong with me here? I'm here to report good news."
"Uncle has been arranged into the best local hospital, and the attending physician has also been brought over. I only found out after I got here that Dad had indeed arranged everything. Mommy, you can rest assured. In addition to having the best physician around to take care of Uncle, Dad has also arranged for a lot of people to take care of his daily needs. Sarah glanced at Antonio, her irritation lessened by Brian's info, "Take good care of yourself; don't overwork yourself, and call Mommy anytime."

Today, the doctor was going to do a full check-up on Kevin again. It didn't matter if Sarah wasn't there.
The doctor said, "The check-up procedure is quite complicated. If you have other things to do, you don't have to stay in the hospital. I will compile the final results into a report and tell you. After hearing the doctor's update, Sarah finally felt relieved.

After arranging everything, Antonio said to Sarah, "Sarah, I just thought of a way that won't alert Serene and will also allow us to search Serene's house for the bracelet in a legitimate way."

Antonio smiled mysteriously.
That night, Serene's house was burglarized. The antiques in the hall and some expensive jewelry were all swept away.
Upon discovering this, Serene immediately called the police. Since she had contacted the police, she naturally had to pretend to be disabled in her wheelchair.
The police took a statement and suggested that Serene first contact her insurance company to assess the damage. As for the thief, they would do their best to track them down.

The Jerrett Family's security system was so strong, yet a burglar could still sneak in. It seemed like a professional thief.

After seeing the police off, Serene immediately contacted the insurance company to assess the damage.

The insurance company sent two people. Before they arrived, Serene decided to go out.
She didn't want to stay in the house for a minute longer. Who knew if there would be other troubles?
Serene was still sitting in her wheelchair. Since she was going out, she had to keep up the full act.
"I'm going out for a bit. The insurance company will send someone to assess the damage later; you just need to receive them." After instructing the maid at home, Serene wheeled herself out of the house.
As soon as Serene stepped out, the assessors sent by the insurance company arrived at the Jerrett house.
The two, one tall and one short, were both wearing masks and hats, with their heads down. Who else could it be but Antonio and Sarah?
"You're the assessors from the insurance company, right? The room with the missing items is here; just follow me."
The maid led Antonio and Sarah to the room and gave them a few instructions before leaving to do her own work.
