Chapter 921 What Kidney Donation?

Sarah, who was by the window, looked up and smiled politely, "What brings you here? Is something wrong?"

"Just bored, came to chat with Mr. Valencia. Is he out?" Saul said.

Sarah wasn't very familiar with him, so she replied indifferently, "He went for a check-up, and should be back soon. If you want to see him, you can wait."

Actually, Sarah's last sentence was just out of politeness. She could sense that Saul seemed uncomfortable around her, so she thought he wouldn't stay.

Unexpectedly, Saul nodded, "Okay."

After saying that, Saul walked to the bedside, sat down, and peeled an orange to eat.

Sarah remained silent. Saul was really quite impolite.

Saul seemed to genuinely just want to see Antonio. He had no intention of interacting with her, playing with his phone in a relaxed manner as if he were at home.

She raised an eyebrow but said nothing.

A few minutes later, the atmosphere started to feel a bit off.

Saul was still holding his phone, but sweat began to bead on his forehead, and his face turned unusually red.

He felt a burning sensation inside, unfamiliar and unsettling, as if he needed to do something to relieve it.

He felt increasingly hot and instinctively started to unbutton his shirt.

But the discomfort only grew, and Antonio's image involuntarily appeared in his mind.

Antonio's care and attentiveness gradually overwhelmed his senses.

His previously insignificant life had changed because of Antonio.

It was all because of Antonio.

Actually, he had always liked women, but after meeting Antonio, he felt that staying by Antonio's side would be great.

But Antonio seemed to only love Sarah. However, if he could win Sarah's favor, that would be good too. After all, they were both wealthy, and he would live well in the future.

Saul's breathing grew heavier, and his gaze shifted to Sarah sitting nearby, as if his desire had found an outlet.

He put down his phone and moved closer uncontrollably. It was a physical instinct.

Putting aside positions and prejudices, Sarah was a very beautiful woman.

"Mrs. Valencia."

Sarah was startled by his hoarse voice and looked up, her eyes meeting Saul's bloodshot ones.

"You..." She instinctively shrank back, "What's wrong with you?"

Saul's mind was in chaos. Looking at Sarah in front of him, he leaned in skillfully, "Mr. Valencia isn't back yet. Why don't we do something else? Hmm? He's been bedridden for so long, you must be very uncomfortable. Let me help you."

Sarah was shocked, gripping his arm tightly, "Saul, are you out of your mind! Get out now!"

"How can you say I'm crazy? I'm just helping you!" Saul had almost lost his mind, and he just wanted to have sex with her.

He grabbed the fleeing Sarah and threw her onto the sofa, "You must want it too, right? It's been so long without sex. Let me help you, let's help each other, okay?"

"Get away from me!" Sarah was terrified, kicking him with all her might, "Get out!"

Sarah's fall had already aggravated her wound, and combined with her nervousness, she was in excruciating pain, her face pale.

But no matter how she struggled, she couldn't overpower the vigorous Saul. She had just had surgery recently, and her energy in front of Antonio these days was all a facade.

Saul effortlessly pulled her back. "Mrs. Valencia, help me, I promise I won't tell anyone. I'll make you feel good!"

Sarah clearly saw the lust in his eyes, her blood seemingly freezing, a bone-chilling cold.

"What the hell is wrong with you? Don't touch me! Get away from me! Is anyone there!"

"Is anyone outside? Help me!"

"Help... mmph!"

Before she could finish shouting, Saul covered her mouth. "Shout later, don't rush."

Heavy breathing was right by her ear. Sarah clung to her clothes, ignoring the pain from her wound, tears streaming down her face, despair overwhelming her.

She struggled with all her might, kicking the table beside her, causing a glass jug of water to crash to the floor with a loud clatter.

This finally caught the attention of those outside. A passing doctor and nurse pushed the door open, their eyes widening at the scene, rushing in to help.

"What are you doing?"

"This is a hospital! Are you crazy!"

The doctor pulled Saul away, and the nurse was shocked to see Sarah, "Mrs. Valencia, are you okay?"

Sarah had just given birth not long ago, and combined with the surgery, her body was still weak. To be assaulted by this beast Saul...

Fortunately, they arrived in time, or the consequences would have been unimaginable!

The doctor was also furious, grabbing Saul by the neck, and looking at the people at the door, "Call the police! This scum doesn't deserve to stay in our hospital!"

In the hallway outside, Antonio had just returned from his check-up. Before he even reached his room, he saw people gathered at the door, a bad feeling rising in his chest. He quickened his pace, "What's going on?"

No one at the door dared to answer. He frowned and walked in.

Saul, drenched in sweat, was still being held down by the doctor, while on the other side...

Antonio's pupils contracted sharply. He rushed over, holding Sarah in his arms, his voice trembling, "Sarah, what happened?"

Hearing his voice, Sarah couldn't control her emotions any longer, choking up, only able to shake her head against his chest.

The nurse standing a bit further away glared at Saul, "Mr. Valencia, it was him! He tried to assault Mrs. Valencia while you were away! Luckily, we arrived in time, or else..."

Before she could finish, she felt a gust of wind pass by.

Antonio grabbed Saul by the collar, landing a heavy punch on his face.

His voice was chillingly cold, "You want to die!"

No one around dared to speak or intervene.

And Saul, being such a scumbag, deserved to be beaten!

Saul was knocked to the ground, blood streaming from his nose, bringing him back to a bit of sanity. Seeing the murderous look in Antonio's eyes, he panicked, "Mr. Valencia, I..."

"You think you deserve to be here!" Antonio cut him off, pulling him up by the collar and landing another heavy punch.

"Are you missing a kidney or your mind? You think I won't do anything to you?" With that, he kicked Saul over.  "You dare touch her? Are you in such a hurry to die? Then I'll help you!"

Antonio's cold, merciless voice carried a destructive force, chilling everyone to the bone.

He put all his strength into each blow. Saul was already spitting blood, curled up on the ground, unable to even beg for mercy.

Seeing Antonio about to strike again, Sarah quickly hugged him, shaking her head, "That's enough, Antonio. They've already called the cops. If you keep hitting him, you'll kill him."

For someone like Saul, it wasn't worth it.

The doctors and nurses in the room finally reacted, quickly offering a few words of advice. "By the way, Mr. Valencia, you mentioned he donated a kidney? What kidney did he donate?"
