Chapter 360 Can You Believe Me Even Once?

"Antonio, what are you doing?" Sarah shouted in concern, afraid Antonio would discover Brian.

This prompted Brian to hide in the backyard.

Upon hearing Antonio's name, Brian was initially puzzled but quickly slipped out through the back door. He had considered the possibility of Antonio finding them but didn't expect him to arrive so soon.

And what was he doing? Why did it seem like he was inspecting their house?

Brian looked at the surveillance footage on the computer screen, his expression serious.

Sarah was also furious. Antonio held Harper in his arms, and she couldn't approach or create a scene in front of the children.

It wasn't until Antonio pushed open the door to the last room and saw no signs of a grown man living there that he stopped in his tracks.

Sarah looked at Antonio with a chilling gaze. "Antonio, explain yourself. What are you doing?"

After all these years of liking him, how could she not see the suspicion in his eyes?

Even though she came here, Antonio still didn't believe in her innocence...

At this moment, Antonio also believed that there wasn't another man living in this villa. However, he couldn't understand why Sarah would accept help from a stranger. She hadn't even met Allen in person, so why would she accept his offer of accommodation without any apparent reason?

"Sarah, why are you here?"

"What does it have to do with you? I haven't asked you how you ended up here."

Sarah furrowed her brow, her expression serious. She couldn't describe her feelings as merely chilled anymore.

In fact, she had only wanted to calm down and think about what had happened all those years ago.

She didn't want their relationship to be ruined because of a single photo. They had been through so much over the years, and if they really reached this point, Sarah's heart would collapse.

But seeing Antonio like this now, Sarah felt that her sincerity had been misplaced.

From beginning to end, Antonio had never believed in her.

And he came directly here without even giving her a moment to catch her breath.

"Harper, can you go back to your room?" Antonio gently spoke to his daughter as he released her from his arms.

Harper didn't know what was happening but could sense her parents' conflict. It couldn't be resolved just by Antonio moving in.

She nodded silently and returned to her room.

At this point, all four children stood in the room. Except for Brian, the other three quietly watched their parents at the door.

"Sarah, I just want to hear the truth." Antonio clenched his teeth, suppressing his sadness. "I have already found out about this place, so you should know that I know everything.

"I just want you to tell me who this Allen really is. What is your relationship with him? Why does he repeatedly harass you?"

Brian heard these words in the room and rolled his eyes silently.

'Isn't he the one who's been harassing her?'

Sarah no longer had the strength to argue with Antonio. She sat on the sofa and said, "He's just a friend of mine."

"What kind of friend would go to such lengths? He even gave you this priceless house." Antonio didn't believe such an excuse. "Sarah, can't you just tell me the truth?"

"I've told you the truth. What else do you want from me?" Sarah looked up, her eyes filled with helplessness.

This house belonged to Brian, but she couldn't fully explain the situation to Antonio right now.

She had to hide it from him.

She was truly tired.

"Sarah, you know how valuable this house is. If you insist on moving out of our home, fine. Go to one of the houses under our name; have as many as you want. Why do you choose to live in someone else's house?"

Antonio was also extremely helpless. Why did she have to involve another man?

Sarah no longer looked at Antonio but turned her head. "There's nothing for you here. Leave my house."

"Sarah!"

"I said we are just friends. He saw that I had nowhere to go, so he gave me the house."

Antonio was heartbroken. He knew Sarah too well.

Sarah was an independent and strong woman. If she didn't fully accept and trust this person, she wouldn't accept any help, not even $100.

Antonio had assumed Sarah would probably move in with Sofia. After all, Sofia was her only friend and the only person she trusted in this city.

However, Sarah didn't follow that course of action. Instead, upon leaving her home, she headed directly to this location.

Therefore, it wasn't a matter of Sarah being unfamiliar with the CEO or not having met him previously. She was well-acquainted with him and was prepared to accept and trust this man.

Antonio had never felt such a threat before, not even from Asa. Allen was the only man that Sarah had been busy with and wholeheartedly trusted.

"Sarah, are you really willing to go this far with me because of this man named Allen?"
