Chapter 188 Mr. Valencia Cooks Personally

"Although you were a bit impulsive, I must say, your performance was good and deserves praise!"

Upon hearing Sarah's words, Antonio's heart surged. Although he didn't know what she meant by praise, it didn't matter to him. What mattered was that this was the first time she had affirmed him in this period of time.

This also indicated her current attitude towards him.

Thinking of this, Antonio couldn't help but feel elated. He raised an eyebrow and said, "These are all trivial matters. What matters is that you're happy."

Sarah looked at him with a smile in her eyes and nodded thoughtfully, "Since you put it that way, then let it go."

Saying this, she took her small hand out of his, then patted Antonio's shoulder, saying, "Forget it!"

Antonio's face instantly turned black, "..."

Why didn't she follow the usual script? He was just being polite, and she took it seriously?
Just as Antonio was about to regret, Sarah didn't give him that opportunity at all. She turned around and walked away, taking large strides...

Inside the villa, Harper looked anxiously at the entrance, feeling a bit disappointed. "Ethan, when do you think Mommy and Daddy will be back?"

"I don't know. Do you really think the Bad Guy will make us durian curry rice?" Ethan expressed doubt.

He didn't believe the Bad Guy would make it for them. After all, the Bad Guy was extremely disgusted by this thing back then.

Harper hesitated for a while and said, "He might."

"Harper, Ethan, what are you doing?" Ryan came out of the room and saw the two of them constantly looking towards the entrance, asking curiously.

Ethan glanced at him and discreetly put away his anticipation, "Waiting for Mommy to come back."

Harper nodded absentmindedly, her thoughts elsewhere. She wasn't sure either.

Ryan nodded, sitting obediently on the side, waiting together with them.

When the sound of an engine came from outside the villa, the three children stood up from the sofa at the same time —

Harper rushed to the door, Ethan took a few steps forward but suddenly stopped, watching the two people getting out of the car from a distance.

"Mommy, Daddy, you're finally back." Harper ran towards them with a smile.
Sarah bent down and smiled, "Oh, really? You missed me?"

"I did." Harper immediately responded.

The servant carried the groceries out of the car and went straight to the kitchen, with Sarah following behind.

"Today, I will make food for Ethan and Harper."

The servant nodded before leaving.

Seeing that no one noticed her, Harper took the opportunity to run to Antonio's side and tugged at his clothes, whispering, "Daddy, Ethan and I really like to eat durian curry rice. Hurry and go help Mommy make it."

"What did you say? You want me to make that thing?" Antonio furrowed his brow, suddenly feeling a headache. He stared at Harper with deep-set eyes, his face darkening.

Harper was startled by him and whispered, "Dad, can't we?"

Antonio realized that his indifference had scared his daughter. He frowned, controlled his emotions, and casually asked, "Why do you all like eating that kind of thing?"

"It's delicious."

Harper looked at the man, who had returned to his normal expression, and smiled.

Both she and Ethan thought that durian curry rice was delicious, a culinary delight from heaven, especially when Mommy made it.

Ethan watched them from a distance, then looked away after a while. He knew that the Bad Guy would never make durian curry rice for him.

Luckily, he didn't really expect him to.

In the kitchen, Sarah was preparing the ingredients when two servants hesitated and asked, "Madam, is it safe to eat this mixture?"

Harper had slipped into the kitchen without anyone noticing and proudly said, "Of course it is. It's so delicious. The servants can taste it later."

Sarah smiled helplessly and said, "Alright, leave now. Be careful not to get hurt in the kitchen."
After Harper left, the servants dispersed as well.

Just as Sarah was about to start alone, a tall figure suddenly walked into the kitchen.

She was taken aback. "What are you doing here? I know you don't like..."

Antonio frowned and looked at the ingredients with disdain. "How do I do it? Teach me."
"Are you sure?" Sarah asked hesitantly.

In response, the man remained silent...

Twenty minutes later, a plate of extremely unappetizing food was placed in front of Ethan and Harper.

"Did Dad make this?" Harper asked in astonishment, unable to believe it.

Ethan also looked somewhat shocked. He didn't expect the Bad Guy to make this for him and Harper. Last time he saw him, he seemed to despise it.

After hesitating for a while, Ethan picked up the spoon and took a bite.

"How is it? Is it good?" Antonio, who usually commanded attention wherever he went, couldn't help but feel a bit nervous. But what did he care? He was just a cautious 'chef' in front of his son.

"Well... it's okay," Ethan's tone was indifferent, as if he didn't like it.

But in the end, he silently finished the portion of food that the Bad Guy had made by hand...
