Chapter 660 I'm Your Grandpa

Sarah had put last night's hospital drama behind her. She'd decided to keep her distance from Benjamin and never meet him alone again.

Feeling upbeat, she got up to make breakfast for the kids.

"Mom, these sandwiches are amazing!" Harper said, milk mustache and all. Ryan wiped it off with a napkin.

Sarah chuckled. "Glad you like them, but slow down. No one's taking them from you."

Harper pouted. "But my brothers always try to steal my food!"

Brian, munching on bacon, looked mature beyond his years, a stark contrast to the angry boy from the hospital.

"You can't eat it all anyway," he said.

Ethan, mouth full, chimed in, "Exactly!"

Sarah watched as her kids bickered, feeling content. These moments were what life was all about.

After breakfast, Ethan and Harper grabbed her hands.

"Mom, do you have to go to work today?"

"Nope," Sarah said, smiling down at them. "I'll be with you all day. Brian and your uncle are back, and it's been a while since we were all together."

"Yay!" Ethan and Harper cheered.

Brian and Ryan were more reserved but clearly happy too.

Sarah glanced outside. "It's nice out. How about we enjoy the sunshine?"

She took the kids outside. The bench swing fit all four. Ethan squatted in front, eyes fixed on Sarah's belly.

"Mom, can the baby move now?" Ethan asked.

Sarah, almost five months pregnant, placed Ethan's hand on her belly. "The baby can hear you. Try talking."

Everyone watched in awe as Ethan nervously spoke, "Hi, we're all here waiting to meet you. Be good, okay?"

A small bump appeared on Sarah's belly, moving as if the baby was responding.

"Wow! Mom, the baby heard me!" Ethan exclaimed.

"I want to try!" Harper leaned in. "I'm your sister, the only sister! Are you a boy or a girl?"

Ryan and Ethan watched, captivated. The moment was heartwarming, and Sarah felt deeply moved.

Brian stayed for a bit, then checked the time and stood up.

"Mom, you all relax at home. I need to head to the office," Brian said.

Even though things were calm with the Valencia family, someone had to keep an eye on the business. Since Brian was back, he wanted to manage the company and let Sarah rest.

Sarah looked up. "Alright, be careful. The hospital called and said your uncle's health is good, so he can come home to recover. I'll pick him up this afternoon."

Mentioning Brady made Sarah's heart race a bit.

Brian knew Sarah would insist on picking up Brady herself.

"Got it, Mom. Be safe and call me if there's any issue," Brian said.

As soon as Brian left the house, a Maybach pulled up and stopped in front of him. The window rolled down, revealing Benjamin.

Benjamin, in sunglasses and a sharp black suit, looked imposing.

"Get in," Benjamin said, turning slightly to look at him.

Brian hesitated for a moment, then got in. He wanted to see what Benjamin was up to.

Benjamin drove to a secluded spot, stopped, and took off his sunglasses, staring at Brian.

Brian met his gaze, staying silent.

After a moment, Benjamin chuckled.

He was right; if Brian could lead BrianTech Solutions Inc, he wasn't an ordinary kid. Brian's intelligence was probably higher than most adults.

Benjamin felt a surge of admiration but got straight to the point.

"I'd like to discuss a potential collaboration," Benjamin said.

With one hand on the steering wheel, he appeared relaxed but serious. "I know the Harrington Group has harmed your mom, and I know you won't let it slide."

Brian snorted, giving him a hostile look. "So you want me to let your company off the hook?"

"It's not my company," Benjamin said, shaking his head. "On the contrary, I want you to take action against the Harrington Group as soon as possible."

Brian was surprised but quickly caught on.

"Why should I do as you say?" He looked at Benjamin disdainfully. "Do you think I'm easy to fool because I'm young? Mr. Harrington, your narrow-mindedness is truly surprising."

Benjamin sighed. "When you look at my face, haven't you ever thought I might be your father?"

Brian sneered, "Have you ever thought I might be your grandfather?"
