Chapter 354 Does Young Age Equate to Firmness?

‘Did that phone call calm him down? He looks exhausted, it must be a health issue,’ Victoria thought.

She was puzzled, and slowly approached him.

Alexander held her wrist, moved down, held her hands, then looked up at her. "Between Adrian and me, you can only choose one. You can only choose me. We are already married and have the intimacy between spouses."

As he said this, his eyes darkened. He continued, "I know you are young and may not be firm in matters of the heart, but I can teach you."

"What do you plan to teach me?" Victoria asked.

"To love someone, you must love them continuously, without changing your mind halfway," Alexander said simply.

Victoria was speechless, just looking at him blankly.

‘What is he talking about? What's wrong with being young? Even at a young age, one can be firm in love. He's going to teach me how to love someone? He should teach himself first,’ Victoria mused.

"You should teach yourself first. You were not loyal in our marriage, you even caused such a big scandal."

"Are you blaming me?" Alexander, although initially puzzled, later felt a bit happy. Her resentful look was just like someone jealous.

Thinking this, Alexander couldn't help but smile, pulling her closer, holding her waist. "Are you resentful towards me?"

"I'm just reminding you to practice what you preach."

"You're jealous," Alexander teased.

"I think the jealous one is you, right?" Victoria immediately retorted.

Alexander fell silent for a few seconds, then pulled her onto his lap, hugged her, and said softly, "Yes, I'm jealous, I feel so sour."

"Aren't you worried about Adrian?" Victoria asked him.

The main issue was important.

She had to get back to the point quickly.

Upon hearing Adrian's name, Alexander sighed helplessly, "Didn't you ask for his address? Tell me, I'll send someone to pick him up."

"Why don't you go yourself?" Victoria asked.

"He wants to steal my wife. I don't want to go pick him up in the middle of the night." Alexander retorted.

"But he's your cousin."

"My cousin is less important than lying in bed hugging my wife." Alexander became more enthusiastic as he spoke.

Victoria fell silent for a few seconds, then reminded, "Quickly call someone to pick him up, make sure he's safe."

"Are you that worried?" Alexander was initially just a bit jealous, which he could control. But now, he was genuinely jealous.

He was about to make it right just now, wasn't he?

But now it hadturned into this.

No, the night was still young.

Alexander made the call while holding her.

Victoria obediently listened without moving.

In fact, she was worried about Adrian.

He was the only friend she had confided in these past few years. How could she not worry?

But she couldn't go.

If she went out now, Adrian would be in even deeper trouble, whether there were reporters outside or not.

She knew Adrian's feelings for her, so she had to maintain a proper distance.

They could only be friends.

After finishing the call, Alexander looked at her. "It's arranged."

"Then arrange for someone to pick me up too?" Victoria suggested.

"What?" Alexander asked surprisedly.

"I want to go back to my place," Victoria said.

Alexander finally smiled after hearing this, then leaned down and bit her shoulder hard.

"Ouch, Alexander."

"Call me Alex."

Victoria was speechless.

"Or call me husband."

Victoria remained silent, unsure how to respond.

‘Alex was already affectionate enough, now husband?’

Victoria just looked at him with a heavy heart, unable to say a word, lowered her head and repeated, "If you don't help, I'll go back on my own."

Fiery gaze mixed with a smile, he gently embraced her as he spoke, "You dare to leave me? You're not allowed to leave."
