Chapter 51 She is Your Cousin's Wife
He wanted to kiss her, or perhaps, just taste her lips.
Victoria suddenly stood there in a daze; her legs weak with shock.
He had, once again, kissed her.
His thin lips had effortlessly attacked her own, which were already injured by his bites.
Victoria's mind buzzed for a long time until his domineering and wild kiss once again brought blood to her wound. The piercing pain brought her back to her senses, and she immediately pushed him away with her hands on his chest.
However, he took her action as an invitation to kiss her even more excessively.
The passing nurse quickly lowered her head and quietly opened the door to the VIP ward.
Meanwhile, Alexander was controlling her neck, deepening the kiss.
It was as if he hadn't noticed anyone passing by, or as if...
The next moment, he was going to tear her apart.
Victoria couldn't help but whimper from the pain.
Her heart felt like it was being ripped apart.
What on earth was he trying to do?
She didn't resist anymore and just let him kiss her indifferently.
She didn't know why he was doing this.
Did he want to have a wife and a mistress, to enjoy the blessings of both?
He was taking her too lightly.
Her tears silently fell, and she let the pain continue without moving.
The tears that unintentionally flowed onto her lips were tasted by the man who was forcing himself on her, and the kiss finally stopped.
He slowly released her lips, then couldn't help but look at her cold and stubborn appearance, seriously asking, "Why are you crying?"
"My parents died in a car accident on their way to Grandma's birthday party. Your family said yhey owed me."
She looked straight at him, leaning weakly against the wall, her voice hoarse.
Alexander listened in silence.
The dark corridor suddenly felt icy cold.
She continued to murmur, "The elders promised to take care of me and give me the best life before my parents died."
"Yes."
"But Alexander, I don't feel it."
She looked at the man she had fallen for at first sight.
He used to smile at her beautifully.
She remembered that time when they were chatting and suddenly found that they had a lot in common, and then the look they gave each other...
She thought they were soulmates.
So, after her parents died and she was alone and helpless, when she heard the elders telling him to marry her, she didn't refuse.
She naively thought they would be great together.
But...
It turned out that it was all her wishful thinking.
"I never wanted to blame anyone for that accident, but today I want to tell you that if you let me go, I will be grateful to you for the rest of my life."
Victoria slowly voiced her thoughts in a hoarse voice.
She thought it was time for them to say goodbye for good.
Alexander felt a heavy burden in his heart; he felt a wave of negative emotions washing over him, each wave worse than the last.
He originally thought that he was the only one dissatisfied with this marriage, but it turned out that she felt the same.
No wonder she hadn't called him for so long.
"So, I'm really curious, why did you marry me in the first place? When the elders brought it up, why didn't you object?"
Alexander asked her back.
"Why should I object? Didn't you also agree?"
Victoria asked him back.
Then both of them fell silent.
Later, when she left the hospital, Victoria was somewhat weak. Just as she was about to hail a cab, Adrian suddenly appeared in front of her again, "Hi, princess."
Victoria looked up and smiled helplessly when she saw him, "Didn't you leave?"
"I was worried about you."
Adrian said, handing her a rose he had picked from the roadside, and then he put his arm around her shoulder.
Victoria glanced at the place where she was being held and skillfully turned and moved to his other side.
She didn't want to be held like this.
Adrian, however, seemed oblivious and embraced her from the other side, "Let me take you to eat something delicious."
"Adrian."
Suddenly, a domineering voice came from behind them.
Both of them turned around.
"Let her go."
Alexander was standing far away, not in a hurry to come closer.
But his displeasure was evident on his face.
The woman being held was his wife.
"Alex, this is the girl I like."
"She is your cousin's wife, my wife"
