Chapter 470 You Can't Be Nice to Her Anymore

"Well, fine, isn't it just chest and leg exercises!" Alexander said amusingly, smiling at her with naughty eyes.

"What are you up to?" Victoria sensed danger approaching and retreated further. Seeing that he wasn't going to let her go, she turned to run.

But he immediately grabbed her wrist.

She winced in pain and turned to see the hand gripping her wrist. He was about to break it.

She looked up at him, showing weakness. "It hurts."

"This hurts already?" Alexander's eyes deepened.

Seeing the look in his eyes, Victoria felt that his next words would be that there was more pain to come.

"I'll delete it." She couldn't afford to provoke him, so she had to give in.

"Delete it now, in front of me," Alexander commanded.

"Okay." Victoria obediently agreed.

So unjust, all I did was add a coach?

Though it was because he was there that I added him, but...

Her wrist was yanked before she could finish her thinking, and when she woke up, her back was against his chest, and he was holding her.

Alexander looked down at her big, watery eyes, still merciless. "Delete it now."

"Okay." She reluctantly agreed and deleted it.

But she couldn't help but look up at him. "He's a fitness coach."

"A very handsome fitness coach, right?" Alexander laughed.

"Are you jealous?" Victoria looked at him with a fake smile and asked.

"So what if I am jealous?" Alexander suddenly said.

It left her not knowing what to do.

Was jealousy a big deal?

Who wouldn't be jealous?

She had been jealous countless times over the years, always telling herself she had no right.

She was his wife, yet she had to tell herself she had no right to be jealous. Why couldn't he comfort her like that?

Apart from being her husband, what other responsibilities had Alexander fulfilled as a husband?

Alexander hated her calling someone else handsome.

Couldn't she see the handsome guy at home?

Wasn't he better than those fitness coaches?

Did she like musculine guys?

Alexander thought, frowning, but it wasn't a big deal for him.

Although Victoria didn't know what he was thinking, she was astonished by his cool admission of envy.

She felt her heart racing again.

The spark in her heart went out when she thought about his relationship with Isabella.

Alexander saw her suddenly looking down so coldly and felt something was wrong. "What's the matter? Can't I be jealous?"

"No," Victoria replied, then she removed his hands from around her and walked inside quietly.

Alexander frowned as he watched her figure.

Victoria turned back from the bedroom door.

"Please close the door when you leave."

Leaving? Who said he was leaving?

With a heavy heart, Victoria entered the room and closed the door.

Alexander was left outside the door.

Victoria put on her pajamas and entered the bathroom, turned on the shower, and then undressed softly.

She thought they couldn't continue like this.

She kept fantasizing that he liked her.

They needed to have a clear talk.

He had to be clear with Isabella about whether he wanted her.

Tomorrow, they would have a good talk.

After calming down, Victoria bent down to place her garments in the dirty laundry basket.

"Victoria, you..." Alexander said.

The door opened.

She looked up instinctly. The shower and toilet in her bedroom were small, so when he opened the door, he saw everything.

She was bending over, and those beautiful lines...

Alexander didn't have time to contemplate because Victoria had crouched with the garments she had picked up. "What are you doing?"

"Sorry, I'll talk to you later." Being furious, Alexander shut the door again.

Victoria's heart raced. After the door closed, she held her clothes, locked it from the inside, and returned to the shower, but she kept looking back.

He was so annoying!

'Didn't I tell him to leave?' She wisphered.

When she came out again, he was standing by her bed.

She was relieved that she wore full-lengthpajamas and pants, but she looked at him defensively. "Why haven't you left yet?"

"Why should I leave?" Alexander felt she was insane. He had stated that wherever she was, it was his home.

"You won't get used to my rough bed," Victoria said.

"I've slept in many places I can't get used to, but have I for you? Which sofa and floor haven't I slept on? Which one isn't harder than your bed?" Alexander asked again.

Victoria stared at him nervously.

How could he question her so harshly? He had so many residences and beds that he decided to sleep there, not her.

But since he stayed, why not take this chance to talk?

She didn't know if he would agree or entangle with Isabella, but if she didn't say it, she'd go insane.

She didn't want to be unknown.

"Fine, you can sleep here, but I need to talk to you first," Victoria said.

"Aboutwhat?" Alexander asked.

"You, me, and Isabella," she replied, looking at him seriously.

Since she was a child, her parents had told her that relationships were simple. If a man and a woman liked each other, they could be together.

Movie love triangles shouldn't exist. They happened because one of the three wasn't sure about the relationship.

So, was he unsure of the relationship?

He was a business tycoon. How could he be unsure of the relationship?

Relationships were much simpler compared to those complex, hard-to-get projects.

At least, that's what she thought.

She knew at a glance that this was Alexander she liked.

It was that simple.

"There's nothing to talk about," Alexander said flatly.

"How can there be nothing to talk about?" Victoria needed help understanding.

"It seems you're really troubled. Let's talk later," Alexander said as he entered her bathroom.

Victoria found it odd that he took a shower and said they'd discuss it later.

How could he tell her to talk later when he saw her trouble?

And why was he taking a shower?

Ten minutes later, Alexander emerged in a towel.

Victoria was sitting on the bed edge when she saw him come out like that and saw his nipples and looked down. She stood up immediately and hurried to the closet to get him all his clothing. "Put on some clothes."

"Who wears a suit in the middle of the night?" Alexander walked to her side, his strong arm reaching out in front of her.

Victoria quietly watched, then looked away.

"Don't you like muscles? Look at them," Alexander reminded her with displeasure.

Victoria was furious. "Can't you be serious?"

"My matters aren't serious. Only yours are," Alexander retorted.

"You!" Victoria shouted.

"If you argue with me again, I won't wear anything," Alexander said.

"Fine, I won't argue. Just put on some clothes." Victoria was embarrassed and couldn't look at him directly.

Alexander found a tank top and shorts.

"Why don't you wear these pajama pants?" Victoria saw a pair of comfortable pajama pants.

"You used to like sleeping naked, didn't you? So do I," Alexander said.

"Suit yourself," Victoria said.

"Tell me about your issue." Alexander put his long legs in the shorts and went to bed to lie down.

His tall figure and handsome posture lying on her bed made Victoria almost drool.

Victoria thought this man was a bit wild and unrestrained.

But she still walked over and stood in front of him. "Alexander, I'm serious. If you want to be with me, you can't be nice to her anymore."
