Chapter 940 Suspicion of Daisy
'Did Alexander always act like this before? Why does he kiss Victoria everywhere he goes?' Diana thought and found it hard to accept.
Olivia laughed, leaned closer to Diana, and whispered with her head down.
Alexander had already let go of Victoria, gently wiping her lips, and murmured, "Don't eat out tonight. Come home after shopping, okay?"
"Just go already." Victoria, feeling extremely awkward, urged him to leave quickly.
"Promise me first." He insisted.
"Alright, I know. Now go."
Victoria couldn't stand his persistent coaxing.
After Alexander left, Diana and Olivia walked up hand in hand, both looking quite embarrassed. Olivia remarked, "With how clingy he is now, it's going to be hard for you to leave."
"I also think you won't be able to leave."
Diana was quite certain about it, too, and chimed in.
Victoria sighed helplessly, "I can leave. I've already booked a flight."
Diana and Olivia were stunned.
"When I accompanied him for a check-up and had some free time, I booked the flight."
Victoria said as she walked towards their car.
The two quickly followed and asked more questions.
After getting in the car, Alexander received a call and simply replied, "I know."
He hung up and then called Edward and Benjamin, "Let's go play basketball."
Over an hour later, the men were exhausted on the basketball court, watching Alexander shoot hoops. William couldn't help but speak first, "Alexander, didn't you have a car accident?"
"The car's wrecked, what's that got to do with me?"
Alexander said casually, making another easy shot.
The basketball court was instantly filled with excitement, and everyone continued playing.
Benjamin couldn't help but stare at Alexander and ask, "So not only is your vision fine, but your body is also okay?"
"I never said anything," Alexander murmured.
"Do you even need to? You're hitting every shot, don't you know?"
"Just lucky, I guess."
Alexander said as he started running again.
Benjamin and Edward exchanged a glance and helplessly continued running with Alexander.
After finishing the game, they were about to leave when they encountered some girls coming out of the tennis court, including Daisy.
Immediately, a girl whispered something in Daisy's ear, and Daisy glared at her before walking up, "Mr. Harrington, how are your test results?"
"I'm not going blind. I didn't expect Ms. Bryant, who was in a wheelchair a few days ago, to recover so quickly."
Alexander glanced at Daisy's legs under her short skirt.
Daisy immediately lowered her head in shame but quickly said shyly, "Mr. Harrington, is there some misunderstanding between us? I'm already married; I won't bother you anymore."
"Yeah, you don't bother me, but you go after Diana and Victoria. Ms. Bryant, you're amazing."
Alexander said and then turned to leave with his coat.
The men followed Alexander, ignoring Daisy.
In the parking lot, Alexander stopped, and Benjamin asked him, "Going to the club?"
"I promised Tori I'd have dinner at home tonight. Don't you have a friend working with the Bryant Group?"
"What's up?"
"Tell him to cancel the cooperation with Bryant Group."
Alexander said as he opened the car door.
Benjamin immediately understood Alexander's intention.
As Alexander's car started, Daisy and her friends walked out. The girls admired these prominent men, especially Benjamin, and pushed Daisy forward to introduce them.
Benjamin turned to look at Daisy."What's up?"
"My friends want to meet you. This is..."
"Sorry, I'm not interested in other women."
Benjamin said and then turned to walk to his car.
One girl asked, "Why are they so cold to you? Are you really friends?"
Another girl doubted, "Yeah, did you really sleep with Mr. Harrington?"
