Chapter 608 Alexander Always Coaxes Victoria

"Ouch!" Victoria's face turned red from the pain before she could even lift her leg.

Realizing the severity of the situation, Alexander held her in his arms and said, "Do you need to go to the bathroom? I can carry you there."

"I don't want to." Victoria cried, finding that she couldn't get up at all. She was furious.

She thought, 'What's wrong with Alexander? Why is he suddenly so intense last night?'

She would never let him touch her again.

Alexander gently said, "I'll call a doctor to come and check on you, okay?"

"What?" Victoria looked at him in shock.

She thought, 'He's gonna call a doctor? Then more people will know that I am...'

"What if the injury is serious?" Alexander could see she didn't want to see a doctor.

Victoria's face was full of tears. "Alexander, you jerk, do you want to embarrass me?"

He said seriously, "I'm worried about you."

However, Victoria couldn't stop crying, her throat hurt too, but compared to the pain in her body, it was nothing.

She had never been in so much pain before.

"You're lying; it's all your fault. If you were worried, why didn't you stop earlier?" Victoria complained.

"I... didn't know it would be this bad." Alexander hesitated but still gave an explanation.

It was the first time for both of them.

Victoria listened, a bit confused, but still cried instinctively, "I don't care, but don't call a doctor."

She recalled the time when her father had enrolled her in a summer camp during her middle school years. Those days had been filled with challenging experiences. However, this time was different.

"Where's my phone?" Victoria suddenly stopped crying and asked.

"Here." Alexander, holding her with one arm, reached for the phone on the bedside table with the other.

Victoria looked at her phone and immediately wanted to hug it. It was the closest thing to her here, but she couldn't lift her hand. She even tried to use her mind to open the phone and search for related information, but she couldn't succeed.

Alexander's typing was a bit slow.

Victoria looked up at him in frustration, "You..."

Before she could say, "Can't you hurry up?" she noticed his face was red.

"Done," Alexander said, feeling Victoria looking at him, he lowered his eyes to look at her. His heart trembled inexplicably, and he couldn't help but gently kiss her forehead and lips, whispering, "Sorry, I'll be more careful next time."

Victoria was speechless, thinking, 'Next time? I definitely don't want it anymore.'

Once she recovered, she would run away as soon as they got back to town.

Anyone who desired to have sex with him was free to do so. However, she didn't want to experience it again.

Later, Alexander stood by her bed with ointment, and Victoria clutched the blanket tightly. "What are you doing?"

"Helping you apply the ointment." Alexander was serious and ready.

Victoria's mouth twitched. "Put the ointment down and get out."

She thought, 'Is he crazy? Does he expect her to spread her legs in front of him and then... I'm too shy to even see a gynecologist.'

"How are you going to do it yourself?" Alexander asked.

He was a bit nervous too, but as her husband, he felt it was his responsibility.

There were no other women on this island, so he had to do it himself.

And she was injured because he didn't control the time well last night, so he felt it was his duty.

"I'll do it however I want. Put the ointment down and get out." Victoria was getting anxious.

Her private area had never been injured before until the day before when he tricked her onto the island.

Alexander said it was just to deceive Eloise, to find an excuse to get her to leave, and then he tricked her to have the wedding.

At night, he suddenly trapped her on the bed.

He said everything from Eloise to the new house was part of his plan, he had been lying to her all along.

Victoria thought he was totally a liar.

Victoria clutched the blanket tightly, thinking about all this while being angry with him, refusing to let him help.

Alexander patiently sat by the bed, gently holding her knee through the blanket. "I've seen it, it's serious and it needs to be treated."

"Alexander, do you know some men die from talking too much?"

"So what?"

"If you keep talking, I'll cut it off while you're asleep." Victoria threatened.

Alexander silently looked at her angry face. After a significant pause, he softly asked, "Would you really do that?"

Victoria looked into his eyes and suddenly felt her heart skip a beat.

He continued, "We haven't even tried the three hours you wanted."

"Get out." Victoria couldn't take it anymore.

If anyone asked her about his stamina in the future, she would immediately tell them he was quick, measured in seconds.

"Whatever. If you keep making a fuss, I'll tie you up." Alexander saw she wouldn't let him help, but she was so weak. So he spoke gently but firmly.

Victoria later found her knees were trapped and couldn't move, getting more anxious. "What are you doing? Don't touch me..."

---

Half an hour later, Victoria lay on the bed, silently shedding tears.

Alexander sat beside her and sighed. "I saw it was really serious. Luckily, you were smart enough to look up information online and use the ointment. Victoria, you're really amazing."

He was trying to get away with flattery again.

Victoria ignored him, mechanically wiping her tears with her fingers, her eyes full of stubbornness. She had never been so humiliated.

No matter what, the lights were dim last night, and they were in that situation, she could accept it.

However, today was different.

The more Victoria thought about it, the more aggrieved she felt.

Alexander kept talking beside her, trying to comfort her. However, Victoria couldn't help but feel that his words were unnecessary.

He even said she was amazing.

She heard him call the doctor after he left the room. Although she didn't hear what they said, she could imagine.

He must have asked the doctor if the ointment she bought was okay to use.

Victoria thought, 'Why does he have to tell everything to others?'

She could never go to that hospital's gynecology department again; she would feel so embarrassed.

Victoria's phone rang again. It was right by her pillow, so she answered, "Hello, Olivia."

Olivia said, "What's wrong with your voice? Did you and Alexander had a fight? The matter of infertility has been resolved, all thanks to his brilliant idea. Please don't be upset with him."

"What? Who's infertile?" Victoria, in a daze, caught onto this key point.

She thought, 'Why do those words sound familiar like I have heard them before?'

Alexander, sitting beside her, frowned as he listened. He leaned over, and said "Give me the phone, I'll talk to her."

"Who's infertile?" Victoria glared at him, her voice weak.
