Chapter 426 Yet to Happen

Victoria suddenly felt her face flush.

"Don't play dumb. I'm talking about the time for lovemaking," Olivia said.

Victoria's face grew even redder.

Seeing Victoria's innocent look, especially the colorful light in her eyes, Olivia couldn't help but smile and ask her, "Are you telling me you two haven't had sex yet?"

"Yes," Victoria admitted, taking two more sips. She was starting to consider Olivia a good friend.

Olivia couldn't help but laugh as well, pouring another glass of wine and continuing to ask, "On your birthday night, the two of you were in the same room. What do you do?"

"I don't remember. I was drunk," Victoria replied.

"I know you were drunk, but Alexander wasn't," Olivia said.

Victoria awkwardly took a sip of her wine. "I can't remember."

"I can't believe Alexander has such restraint. Honestly, I'm starting to wonder if he even likes women. At the Regal Retreat, he goes to the first floor every night. Do you think he likes Benjamin?" Olivia asked.

"Actually, I think he likes Mr. Sinclair," Victoria replied.

Even Olivia couldn't help but exclaim.

"Don't you think Mr. Sinclair looks more like..." Victoria added.

When she was in high school, she had read some BL novels.

Both Benjamin and Alexander exuded strong masculine energy, while Edward seemed a bit more subdued, with a touch of vulnerability.

Olivia poured more wine for the two of them. "Let me tell you, if Edward knew about your rich imagination about him, he would definitely be too embarrassed to see you in the future."

" Won't you tell him?" Victoria asked a bit timidly.

"Of course not, we're good girlfriends," Olivia replied.

Olivia raised her glass again and continued, "We're both only daughters, needing to support each other in Ankenra City."

"Agreed." Victoria was a bit happy, raising her glass with both hands to drink with Olivia.

Without eating much, they were engrossed in conversation. Suddenly, Olivia wanted to drink with her.

In less than an hour, both of their faces were drunk.

Olivia smoked seven or eight cigarettes, lit another one, and couldn't help but ask her, "Do you still love Alexander?"

"No," Victoria said softly after a few seconds of silence.

"When you left in childhood, he was sad for a long time." Olivia suddenly became serious.

Victoria listened with confusion.

"Your husband, during that time, whenever we invited him to play, he wouldn't come. Later, even when he became more sociable, he still didn't talk much," Olivia added.

"Does something happen to him?" Victoria asked.

"How could that be? The Harrington's family has always been strong," Olivia replied.

"I don't remember," Victoria couldn't recall. It was too distant.

Olivia sighed and said, "He and Isabella, it was all Isabella's wishful thinking. Don't listen to Isabella's nonsense because she never speaks the truth."

Victoria looked at Olivia in surprise.

Having been in Ankenra City for so long, Victoria had never heard anyone speak about Isabella like this.

"I'm not trying to please you, but about her, I'll slowly tell you everything later, but..." Olivia said.

"But what?" Victoria asked curiously.

"If I ever do anything inconsiderate, please bear with me," Olivia said, raising her glass again.

Seeing the almost overflowing wine in her glass, Victoria felt they had drunk a bit too much tonight but still politely raised her glass. "It's all in the past."

She thought Olivia was referring to her birthday banquet.

In fact, on the night of the birthday banquet, even if Olivia had not been there, someone else would have taken her.

The restaurant's population was dwindling, and the dishes on their tables were taken away and replaced with hot ones.

One of the staff members said, "Ms. Baker, Mr. Sinclair suggested you have something warm to eat."

Olivia looked up at him, took a drag of her cigarette, and nodded. "Get it."
