"What's so embarrassing?" Alexander asked.

"Alexander? Are you here to visit Isabella?"

Naomi looked at Victoria, suddenly displeased.

He then replied to Naomi that he wasn't here to visit Isabella, he was just accompanying his wife for a check-up.

Naomi watched Alexander and Victoria leave, subconsciously feeling resentful.

Alexander looked at her. "Why are you calling me like that again?"
Victoria said, "I know everything now. Isabella has leukemia."

Alexander was also moved upon hearing this, then walked back to her, asking softly, "Who told you?"
She replied, "Isabella told me when she went to find you that day, she told me in the restroom."

"And last night, her father came to me, saying his daughter has leukemia," Victoria told him seriously.
"Yes, that's what he said. Let's go first. It's the weekend today. Let's not linger here." Alexander still held her hand, put his arm around her shoulder, and led her towards the parking lot.
Victoria looked up at him, the sunlight was a bit intense today, even his silhouette seemed a bit tough.
He held her hand and embraced her shoulder intimately, they seemed like a newlywed couple in love.
Victoria couldn't help but feel a pang in her heart, her eyes suddenly reddened.
She lowered her gaze, silently following him. She thought, 'How nice it would be if life could always be this beautiful?' Thinking of this, she couldn't help but look at him again, gazing at him affectionately. At first sight, she felt he was very reliable.
She mused, 'If he had a girlfriend, he would probably love that girl very much. But that girl is not me after all.'

She got into his car and he drove them up the mountain.
Edward and Olivia were already up there. After they arrived at the top of the mountain, Victoria looked at the two of them, then turned to Alexander, "Did you plan this in advance?"
"When you were having the check-up, Edward sent me a WhatsApp."
Originally, he wanted to watch a movie she liked at home with her.
